Excellent customer service, in HMV Milton Keynes store.
Found my dvd and ordered it for me. Arrived within 48 hours, and kept me informed as to when I could collect it.

Exceptional service
The Shop Assistant was very helpful in locating on line two DVDs that were not available in store. Delivery was received within two working days and I was informed by email each step of the deliveery. I was very impressed with the service.

Brilliant service as always!
Always fantastic service from Hmv both online and instore.
Products arrive well packaged, in good condition and you never have to wait long for your delivery
And I prefer to do click and collect as I enjoy to have a look around the store.
The team at Mk Hmv are always so lovely and helpful, they clearly enjoy what they do and have a passion for physical media!

The helpfulness of staff when I asked for information regarding the DVD that I was looking for. The easy and efficient way that I was able to order my DVD and the very prompt delivery to the store. The collection process was very straightforward.
