I ordered 3 dvds to be delivered to local HMV. The instructions explained the timeframe, which was met on the order. Excellent service.

Ordered a Blu-ray.
Ordered a Blu-ray.. still waiting .. no correspondence from hmv .. no way of being able to get in touch by telephone… no one responds to email.. so had to make a special effort to go in store .. my issue still hasn’t been resolved & I was told I’d receive an email which up until now has not been the case .. so still waiting.

I pre ordered the cd and the member of staff couldn't have been more helpful & friendly. The I collected the parcel from the Nottingham store and the young man who served me was excellent ( he opened the parcel for me at my request) and friendly. Well done HMV

DVD FOR SONS CHRISTMAS
The staff were amazing they had sold the thing I needed and told me to go on line I explained I don't like doing Internet and they did it for me ordered it to come to store so all I had to do was pay and pick up when they emailed me AMAZING THANK YOU
