Lovely service absolutely adore the staff in HMV Shrewsbury. Always super happy and helpful, and always have the best suggestion's on things to be able to watch. Ordering DVDs in store super simple.

The Shrewsbury shop staff especially Rich and Steph are so informative. Rich actually recommended Steph because she was more into films because l wanted more information about films on DVD. Very pleased with the service because the staff cared.

Rich was brilliant, very helpful and friendly. Polite and outgoing. Asked how I was feeling. Kindly showed me how he was going to order my Helloween cd. A wonderful service and am recommending HMV to all my friends and family. Thank you Rich, top man.

Buying from a real shop with real people.
Firstly we were able to go into HMV on the high street, we do not order on line. The staff were helpful, the order was placed. We received our order via Royal Mail. No problems.
