Excellent service
Was trying to buy a specific tshirt for my grandson, not in stock in store, really helpful member of staff in Stirling store - located tshirt online, offered to order and gave option of in store collection or home delivery, chose home delivery... delivered very quickly... t-shirt good quality, happy with purchase. Very happy with service, really positive customer experience.

Staff at Stirling HMV are wonderful
It was easy to order. The price was actually good. I expected HMV to be expensive but it was only a couple of pounds less to buy secondhand discs! No question - I ordered from HNV. I love the staff at Stirling HMV. They are helpful, friendly, welcoming and efficient. Always ready to chat but still keep moving. It feels like a club. I'd be lost without this branch.

Nice & easy collection
Nice & easy collection. The staff are always pleasant in the Stirling store, which is a bonus. I'll continue to do all of my DVD shopping here.

We got scammed
I go to hmv a lot and I love it but today I went with my siblings and we got 5 posters, the guy at the counter scanned one of the posters like three times and charged us for 7 posters, none of us noticed cause the guy was like talking a lot(probably trying to distract us) and my sister only saw that he charged us for 7 posters when we got home. We went to hmv in the Stirling thistle centre and the guy was like maybe 50-60 years old but I didn’t really get a good look at him because I wasn’t paying attention

Went to hmv Stirling to pick up an…
Went to hmv Stirling to pick up an order but when I got home there was an item missing when I was informed it was in store!! When I called customer services, they said it was definitely at the store when I was there a week ago!!!
No, ohhh let us get it delivered for you for the inconvenience or let’s give you a wee good gesture voucher.
No!!! It was more like ha ha!! Sorry about that but Off you pop to Stirling again for another 24mile round trip!!! At no expense to yourselves when it was your error!! Got a ridiculous amount of apologies but to be honest a sorry with no effort made doesn’t quite cut it!! It’s a very Poor show hmv!!
Especially in an age where physical media is fragile you’d think you’d want to retain good customers and resolve mistakes!!!
Well I collected my order but that will be the last time. Nobody likes being messed around!!

Always love HMV. And I always know that if I can't get something in store then I can easily get it delivered to the store where I can pick it up. A good selection of Funko Pops is always a bonus!

Highly recommended…
The ordering was easy through the website. The click and collect order arrived promptly 2 days later and the person who served me was incredibly friendly and complimented my musical taste. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend HMV click and collect service!
