Great customer service
The colleague who served me checked store stock first, knew exactly the album I was after, and then ordered it into store. Nice to see someone who knows his music, despite being an old album

Excellent Staff!
All three of the staff I spoke to in store were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and good humoured. Professional and human about it. As was the bloke on the phone at main branch. Stuff ordered was transported very quickly from another shop to Watford. Extremely happy HMV is back at close range! Great team.

so the lady i sore was o.k.but was not intrested in what i was after,i was o.k. with the sevice but it was not as good as larst time i came over.

Went to collect and album I’d wanted for a while now. I appreciate the workers enthusiasm for my choice. Always friendly people , good vibes. Always happy to talk about pop culture and help give me suggestions when I ask on new music to check out.
