Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, always happy to look up dvds for me and order them, they always have a smile, always make me feel that I am not wasting their time. Pleasant atmosphere and it is so nice going into HMV. I really love this shop, having time to go round it. They are brilliant

Ordered on line for collection! Easy process and picked up the vinyl in only 3 days not a week. HMV staff were helpful as always.

I should not have had to order this…
I should not have had to order this DVD. Andre Rieu is very popular in Worthing but only 2 copies were sent to that branch and sold very quickly, before I reached there, on the day of release. I could have bought it from elsewhere for delivery to me but I prefer to support my local shops.

If it says 'in store' go in & buy it.!!
I went online to order a CD, checked availability & was told 'in store'. I paid & pressed click & collect. Went in the next day to collect & was told it hadn't arrived yet. They could sell me the 'in store' CD and send back my order.????? Next day I received an email to collect.!!!!! Strange.

Our Click & Collect service allows customers to buy items listed online at hmv.com (https://hmv.com/) for delivery to any hmv or Fopp store in the UK. There is no delivery charge for this service. The orders are not fulfilled from within the stores themselves.

Brilliant and helpful service especially as staff were not familiar with the item that was only released 3-days peior to my visit.

The staff are always ready to help you if need. I normally find what I'm looking for and the store is clean tidy.
I think the best thing is the staff they make the store good and you want to shop there again. For me customer care is important for any buissness. That's why I've given 5stars.
