I worked at HOIL DENTAL UK in the packaging department, and my experience there was extremely negatve. I ended up taking the company to court due to discrimination and mistreatment in the workplace. Women were expected to clean offices and bathrooms, while men were given much easier tasks and were also offered overtime hours that women were denied.
I was also given fraudulent payslips by the CEO, JJ, and experienced constant mistreatment while working there. I would absolutely not recommend working for this company.
On top of that, employees were made to clean highly toxic metal waste without proper protection, and the machines they used frequently gave me electric shocks.
In my personal experience, it was a completely disorganized company with very questionable labor practices. I consider it a terrible company and I strongly advise people not to work there.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU'RE PREPARED TO TAKE THEM TO THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL AT SOME POINT
