Absolutely brilliant service …

Absolutely brilliant service from Holawild.

My Machu Picchu L tent arrived today and I put it straight up in my back garden — the quality and design are spot on and it’s a cracking bit of kit.

Holawild were great to deal with and very helpful when I contacted them during the order process. Excellent customer service and a genuinely impressive product.

Really pleased and would highly recommend.

Great service and a great tent!

My review appears to be similar to several others! I bought from a retailer who failed to get my purchase to me as promised, I contacted holawild direct who were extremely helpful and resolved the problem. Next time, and I will be buying again, I shall buy direct. The tent itself is superb and Ive used ut extensively this summer and have no doubt I will again next season!

I don’t usually write a review but felt I needed too, I ordered a Holawild Macchu Pichuu through a retailer and had a really bad experience and thought we’d never receive our tent or money back…… until I contacted Holawild directly and within a couple of days I received my tent, their customer service was second to none and were open and honest with me and did everything they could to help me, I thoroughly recommend ordered direct with themselves to cut out the middle man and any untoward issues, many thanks to the team

Excellent customer service

I previously ordered my Holawild tent through a 3rd party supplier. After woeful customer service from the 3rd party regarding delivery in desperation I contacted Holawild direct. Not only was their communication timely (often out of hours) they are transparent, honest and even negotiated on my behalf with the 3rd party directly. After I cancelled my order with the 3rd party in frustration Holawild reached out to me privately and I am pleased to say as a direct result of their excellent customer service they now have rescued the situation & cheaper than the 3rd party. My order is now placed once again direct through Holawild this time. If the tent is half as good as their staff it will be brilliant 👏

Customer service absolute failure, inspect your tent properly

Customer service absolute nonsense, absolute ignorants, you can write a multiple emails per week and is no answer, no phone number, only company which has problems or hiding something acts this way, they afraid talk to customers they say guarantee is ten years but I think when it comes to guarantee to fix anything you will be dying to try to reach them. I think better to avoid this company. I sent my tent for replacement as it has issues and this was only 14 days after purchasing, and no sound of them or replacement tent. Will be contacting bank and obdusman. Bad experience

Looks like you reply to bad reviews emedietly, I did used a different email to write review, and I see you found the item which you need to send, you sent email to us the tent will be with us on 24/9/2025 today is that day, and I checked FedEx it's only label printed but the tent they not received and us either, looks like nothing changed, I readed reviews that you have issues with delivering items I thought it changed but no is not.

We still have not received any details from you, so it has been hard to work out who you are, but we THINK, this is Dalia?

Your review is very confusing, but I think you/Dalia have struggled to understand our messages, please let me explain, as your review does seem to be a little confusing and isn’t entirely accurate.

Dalia contacted us on the 4th of September to report an issue with the tent. A response was sent to Dalia within an hour of making contacting, advising that we would be more than happy to organise replacing the tent and instructions on how to organise a collection.

Dalia then responded on the 8th to say thank you and submitted a collection request. This collection was requested for the 10th of September.

Dalia then asked how long a replacement would take and we advised that ‘Usually’ replacements are issued with 48hrs of receiving a returned item, however an inspection needs to be done, and so can take up to 14 days.

We sent an email to say there would be a delay with your return as our whole team were away from Friday the 12th setting up for a huge outdoor retailer trade show, and the emails that were sent had an out of office to say we were away and would be back the following week.

As soon as we returned to the office on Monday 22nd, we responded to Dalia to confirm when delivery could be accepted by you/her as someone would need to be in for delivery.

Dalia didn't respond to this, but did respond to an old email, stating that she was expecting the tent "tomorrow", despite no emails to us asking it to be delivered that day. We again responded stating that this wouldn’t be possible and advised that we could ship on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday, however we asked in that mail for Dalia to confirm asap if this was suitable, however, to date we still haven’t received any reply from Dalia as to when you'd be in to accept this delivery. So respectfully, we disagree we are ignorant when it is us who are waiting on responses from you. We have reached out multiple times to Dalia with no response

In regards to your comment "you sent email to us the tent will be with us on 24/9/2025", we asked if the 24th would be suitable, but we required a response, which we never got.

As no response had come through, we had no choice but to just send the the tent to you with the hope someone would be in to sign for it, looking at the tracking I can see this is showing as due for delivery today.

Regarding our customer service, we are extremely sorry you feel you have been inconvenienced, or that we have let you down, however we do feel this has not been the case as we have tried to work with you with a lack of reciprocal communication, and can only assume you have misread our emails and misunderstood what we have been asking.

I trust this explains why we have struggled to get the tent to you, and hope you will be in today to receive the tent, otherwise it'll be returned back to us and we will need to open up a new dialogue to agree a date we can send it

I can honestsay I’ve never been so happy with a tent

I can honestly say I’ve never been so impressed as I am with the HolaWild Sherwood 6, we have just come back from our first use of the tent in Hastings and it was 50-70mph wind gust with high wind and rain for over 30 hours, the tent performed perfectly, I can just not fault it in any way, although I paid full price and now for a promotion they are 50% off it is is the best buy I done in years, folks this 50% off is an amazing offer snap it up. We where the only tent that survived the weather unharmed. Well done Holawild

I don't normally write reviews however…

I don't normally write reviews however I believe on this occasion its is vital to inform future customers how poor this company is at communication and customer service.

1) I got in touch with the company to ask if I could come and see one of their £2000 tents, was informed that I would have to travel hours to see one! I was shocked as I live 30 mins from their head office and warehouse! This despite other customers saying online they were invited to the warehouse.

2) Decided to take a risk and order a very expensive tent and all the accessories directly from the company. Very limited communication, emails left unanswered for days, no phone number, told I was called numerous times but only one all from a withheld number on the day they claim to have called.
3) They used FedEx to send the tent, FedEx are impossible to get in contact with, left a £2000 tent on the road while we were away on holiday, I am still waiting for 3 parts of the tent to arrive!
4) offered to collect the missing parts but no response from Holawild. Due me asking via email to speak with someone i have agreed to collect the missing items.

This might be the best tent ever but the customer service is poor! having spent a lot of money I expect better.

As i cant respond directly to your comments i will increase this review.

I spoke with Callum after i had submitted this response given i had not heard from him. whilst i was NOT shouting down the phone i was not satisfied. i simply agreed to come and collect the produce rather than waste more time.

At no point was i informed your warehouse isn't capable of showing all your products. Better communication required and the answer to all the problems here.

I had one call as advised.

Using FedEx is 100% within your control, you choose to use them. I tried everything to get the deliver re-arranged and got nowhere other than 3 items which i am having to collect (risk of not receiving them) and a £2000 tent left o the street for days! lucky i live in a low crime area! Answer - don't use FedEx!

It has been me chasing you every step of the way, not the other way around. So the service has been poor.

The answers are simple - better communication, use a delivery company that enables your customers to manage the delivery. Have a phone line so people can call.

I will give you 3 stars an upgrade due to the call i had earlier.

nothing more needs to be said on the matter as far as i am concerned.

Dear Richard,

We value all feedback, but I do find this review to be a slightly unfair after discussion with Callum and the communications you've had with him - he was shocked you left this after your call with him today as he said you were satisfied on the phone.

Regarding your points:

1. I understand you'd prefer to have a retailer closer to you that had this tent on display, but it is the retailers who choose what they display, and that was the closest retailer to you. I appreciate you are half an hour from our warehouse, but this is a storage warehouse, we have no room to display this tent. We do have a small area where we can put smaller tents, but this model is too big.

2. Callum has said he has called you multiple times but his calls went to voicemail - he did call off withheld as this is his personal phone. We also can't see any email that has been left unanswered. We did see you sent a message on a Friday after we closed for the bank holiday weekend, so your reply would obviously take longer.

3. Yes we do use Fedex, as they are the only courier that will take this size package. Tracking shows they attempted 3 times to deliver to you - you're correct though, they should not have left this and should have better options for redelivery but this is outside of our control.

4. Callum had a chat with you on the phone and you have arranged with him to collect the missing items Fedex didn’t deliver, with Callum even offering to stay out of hours to help you.

I would therefore respectfully disagree that our customer service is terrible, we have done our best for you with regards to Fedex, spoken with you over the phone and responded to emails. We appreciate the frustration with Fedex and the lack of retailers exhibiting this model, but we’re unable to do anything about this.

As you are due in on Friday, maybe we can have a chat to try and understand either how we could have done better or to understand why you feel we as a business let you down

Exceptional Customer Service, A Brilliant Tent and great extras!

We recently bought a tent from Holawild and absolutely love it, Airteck Parkhurst 4 — the design, features, and quality are fantastic, plus the extras make it a great camping experience. (Additonal front canopy and sun sail)

Unfortunately, we noticed a small manufacturing issue with one of the door zips which had been caught in the seam stitching. I reached out to Holawild, and Joe responded quickly and professionally.

He acknowledged the issue, offered a generous gift voucher, and we have a practical fix using seam glue to avoid us having to return the tent. I appreciated the honesty and the proactive approach. Joe even went the extra mile by offering additional products to help us camp more securely in the wild Welsh weather!

It’s rare to find a company that combines great products with truly outstanding customer support. Holawild has earned our trust, and we’ll definitely be back for more gear. Highly recommended!

Purchased the hola wild beige Machu…

Purchased the hola wild beige Machu Picchu tent and canopy which is a massive tent and very sturdy, very easy to pitch. Purchased the canopy after the tent and there was an issue with delivery times so we drove 1.5 hours to collect it from the haulage company as we needed asap, but Holawild gave us £150 off the price plus our delivery cost back, so we were very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend the company and products.

The Royals Royce of air beams! Clever technology.

I have recently had a fantastic experience camping in my Epping 6 air, Holawild tent. Whether the back goes brown or not, (which is what I am warned, that it eventually does). This doesn’t affect the durability of this tent. The air-beams performed extremely well, letting out air, but equally not needing to re-inflate. The back bedroom windows helped let in a much needed breeze on hot days. I particularly liked the silky, padded and patterned carpet in bedroom/s. Another positive was how warm the bedrooms became at night time, once we zipped ourselves in. We were definitely missing a trick in the beginning with that.

I chose to invest in the Holawild brand, because of the wide airbeams, that self regulate, all the other great features are an added bonus!

I would love to see more of the family tents, as polycotton versions in the future. Any other tent I purchase, will be from this brand.

Customer services have been fantastic too.

This new camping brand are going to take over!

I was in the market for a new family tent, preferably an air tent to make life a bit easier.

I searched for hours online and had a shortlist of a couple tents... but then I stumbled across Holawild right at the last minute.

I admit, I was sceptical at first. The bold claims they were making on the quality of their products, coupled with the fact they had zero publicity to date, I was a bit worried to fork out a large sum of money. But, after some very quick back and forth chats with their customer service, my worries lessened hugely.

I decided to commit and give a brand new company a chance, and man alive, I'm so glad I did.

I ordered the Parkhurst 6.0 due to the accessory options it had, and they have honestly thought of things that wouldn't have ever been on my radar. It has full blown windows in the ceiling making it perfect for stargazing, I even opted for the sliding curtains which makes you feel like you're in anything but a tent.

We stayed in the tent for a quick weekend in The New Forest.

Yes, this beast is heavy, and it takes up a lot of boot/storage space. But, this isn't your average tent. Even calling it a tent feels out of place.

It exudes quality at every turn. From the quilted flooring in the bedrooms, abundance of air vents, zips that don't fall apart, groundsheets that aren't paper thin, truly jawdropping amounts of space and height (I'm over 6ft and had to go on tiptoes to touch the ceiling). Truly sturdy storm straps and guide ropes, air tubes that are completely solid and even have storage built into them, huge storage bag so no more tight squeezes when packing away, the list goes on and on.

They have even designed it so you can add further sections to the living space, plus awnings and additional bedrooms too. I admit I picked a few of these bits up which is perhaps overkill for our family, but having the option is amazing.

Really do wish this brand all the success that they deserve. It's clear a lot of thought has gone into every aspect of not only the product, but the service and aftercare too.

Well done Holawild. Cheers to your future!

Customer service second to none

We bought an ex display Sherwood 8. Wow what a tent it is. So easy to pitch even for novices. A few hiccups along the way but the guys at Holawild are amazing. Their customer service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and never once did I feel like a bother to them even though I probably was. I can’t recommend these tents enough. We were definitely on everyone’s radar at the campsite, and an envy to many. Can’t wait to use it again.

Defected Tent, unrivalled customer service.

I was originally going to give a bad review on the Holawild Poltek Swag (its a rebranded Dune King Titan Deluxe) as I had a disaster with it leaking, despite seasoning, waterproofing and seam sealing. I threw it into the bin in a fit of rage and sent a moany email. To be fair to Holawild they sent me a replacement in no time at all.
Product: For the money there is a lot of bang to its buck, thick sturdy materials (provides almost blackout from sunlight), VERY easy set up, spacious and includes memory foam mattress. However, the do have seam problems, I found a good video on youtube about using seam grip WP to seal up corners and this looks to have done the trick. Costs £11 quid a tube and 2 tubes will do it. It is by no means a perfect product, but where else can you find something like this for a hundred quid (the nearest other option is £400+ in the UK).

I wouldnt give the product 5 stars, but the customer service from an up and coming company makes it 5 stars.

Epping 6…. Great tent!

I purchased the Epping 6 bundle on pre order. Once it arrived it’s got to be the best tent I’ve owned (and I’ve owned a few over the years) the structure is sound, takes on high winds, gusts and heavy rain with ease!
The internal of the tent is very big, large enough to sleep a family of 4 plus dogs!
Large enough to have space to relax in the evenings and not trip up over each other. Opening the internal door to the front makes it even bigger!
Stayed 12 nights constant in this through the summer and never faltered once!
Holawild were also on hand for anything or any questions and are super helpful.
If you want quality and value… buy one of there tents!

I had an issue with my tent after…

I had an issue with my tent after purchasing at the NEC earlier in the year, and we were waiting on the delivery of some extra parts that we had bought. Joe has kept me abreast of the time scales and reasons for the delay. I visited the warehouse last week and met with Joe, and we talked through the processes and ways of assembly. Joe was super helpful and patient and resolved all my issues. I would say if you have any concerns, do reach out to Joe, and he will do his best to resolve them as soon as possible. Thaks Joe.

Renewed faith!

I have had to edit the last review that I had left for Holawild due to the fact that the MD has pulled out ALL the stops to try and resolve the issues we have encountered.
The essential information it as follows.

We ordered our Sycamore HT awning from Holawild at the NEC in February 2025. This was in fact the launch of their range.
We knew that this was a Pre-order event and we were happy based on the fantastic quality, the great features incorperated and the great launch prices.
We were told our product would be available around the end of April, start of May. This is where we started to wonder wether or not we had made the right desicion to invest in a pre-launch product from a new company.

Holawild failed to update us fully on issues they were having with their supply chain and we had to keep pushing for updates on delivery of our product. May came and went, we were promised delivery in June but again we were let down. It seems that the launch of the product range had been so successful Holawild just could not produce stock in sufficient quantities to meet the orders... We finally made a direct appeal to the MD and after thinking we were going to have to cancel this order for a full refund we resigned ourselves to having to buy from a less desirable product (ie: not to our needs) from an alternative company the MD intervened.
Once we had explained our desperate desire to obtain this product and not loose the opportunity to own such a brilliant piece of kit he stepped up and has committed to get the product shipped over from the manufacturing facility and delivered before our vacation on the 31st of July.

On 30th of July we became the proud owners of a Holawild Airtech Sycamore HT.
Nick personally handed over the NEC package deal to us at their Leicester warehouse and it came with a personal appology from the Holawild team and an assurance of ongoing customer support.
It seems we are the first to receive the Sycamore in the UK and we literally collected it as it was delivered to Holawild direct from the airfreight courier.

We are so glad this finally worked out not just for us but also Nick, Joe & the team at Holawild.

Machu picchu Large in black

We received our large machu picchu tent in black. We put it up in the back garden to try it out and left it up over night. That night we had the worst thunder and lightening storm, with the biggest downpour I have ever seen. I was optimistic that the tent would be ok the next day but didnt have high hopes. The tent was bone dry inside and out. I can't wait to go camping and use it properly. The team were really helpful with picking this tent and the tent was delivered when said it would be.

Thanks Joe, great product - Machu Picchu Khaki used this week, very sturdy, good quality and a head turner. You told me yoy have an extension for it coming in soon, please let me know when it’s in and ill order.

Worth the wait

It’s taken awhile to get delivery after we ordered at the NEC, but its been worth the wait. So much light and space, never had a tent like it. I’m glad I chose the Parkhurst as it’s so hot at the moment and all the mesh doors and air vents really make this pleasant- our friends tent is a sweat box, think their going to get 1 now too.

Definitely recommend 🙏
