I never received my order. Tracking showed it was delivered at 4:30am. We have Never received anything in the middle of the night. I contacted the seller twice with no response. Zero star rating

Order placed May 25, 2026. Elegant 3 piece set including cardigan, top and pants. Followed shipping till they marked it delivered on June 18. Nothing was delivered. June 21 email from support saying my package was delivered, ask your neighbors and post office. Again no package delivered. Ghosted after that. Save your money

Total fraud. Items said to be delivered. NOT. We were home at time of “delivery” and have a security system, then arrived. I contacted company, they made no effort to find package. After numerous e-mails they agreed to refund 80% of monies I paid. No refund received. Site is fraud, avoid it!!!

FAKE SCAMMING WEBSITE - BOUGHT TSHIRTS NEVER DELIVERED - TRACKING NUMBER BY CHINA POST WAS FAKE - SAID DELIVERED BUT NEVRE DID - EMAIL CONTACT FAKE AS WELL - BOUNCES BACK. DONT USE THIS COMPANY EVER

This company is not trustable company. It’s cheated, lied, not trustable at all. They do not deliver the product, they acting as they delivered the product. But ther are not. When I ask for refund, they accept BUT never refund.
Guys, DO NOT TRUST HOLMBECHTHOMAS.

Took my money

Never received item. Foriegn tracking shows it was delivered. Contacted seller, they replied for me to ask my neighbor or the USPS.
