I like the waist fan that I bought from here. Their customer support is good.

I got a response within a couple of hours for my query regarding my order. The order took around 8 days to arrive as they had less stock of the product I had ordered.

I bought a mini air cooler and a tower fan from here. Both products took around a week to arrive. When I was contacting them regarding my order, I received prompt responses from them with the updates regarding my package. It is nice to see real humans behind the customer support desk and not some AI agent with copy paste responses.
