Was a brilliant store shame it's closing down. Paul who works there is brilliant
Went to the Stockport store , asked for help but got totayignored! Rude miserable staff
Collecting my order was very straightforward following phone updates on progress. Staff very helpful and friendly. Made me feel like a valued customer. Would certainly shop at Homebase again.
Order ready 10 minutes after opening, rather than 1 hour. Saved me the hassle of going outside and lumping the compost on a trolley as well.
Pleasant staff as well.

The staff from both stores rang me immediately to say there was an issue with the order.
I excellent service from Kathryn from the garden centre. What a great member of staff and a cracking sense of humour. Kathryn had just started her shift and I asked if she could assist in wrapping the Christmas tree I had just purchased so the needles didn’t go all over my car. The netting machine want set up yet (I am early it is only November 🙈) she disappeared and came back with some industrial cling film, which worked a treat. She is an absolute credit to the store and the company, great sense of humour, professional and happy in her work (which is rare these days), the lady on the till was also amazing (sorry forgot her name) but we couldn’t get the label to pay as Kathryn had wrapped it so well. Thank you Bredbury Homebase 😁🎅🏻

A conversation of sorts with’Sweetie’ who promised to reorder the item but still no progress and we are not being kept in touch with developments.

I did click and collect but didn't receive a text message to come into shore. I was passing on my way home and called in on the off chance it would be ready.

Quick pickup and guys carried sofa to the car.
Utter shambles of a company. Prushed a £70- toilet seat, failed 1 month out of warranty, Was replaced by broken in transport, replaced again and that seat has fail 7 months later. Refuse to replace this desire the fact it's a clear production error. Claiming it's a fitting error which clearly they have no way of telling from a video. This is the seat THEY advised me to but to replace a previous faulty bathstore seat. The call centre (outsourced, not Homebase) have no idea what they are talking about and operate a just say no to everything policy.
Was about to place a 7.5k order today for a new bathroom but instead of will take this order elsewhere.
Terrible company, poor goods, poor service.

We clicked and collected everything ready on date given
Efficient collection of items. An item was unavailable but I was informed via telephone and a refund was arranged for that portion of the order. The staff at the Bredbury store are always friendly and polite.
I was assisted in locating the items I was looking for by Gina.
She was extremely helpful and pleasant saving me lots of time.
Gina was very helpful in mixing the paint she let my sons get involved in the process which pleased them! Pleased with the product, thanks Gina! :-)
Georgina in the paint section was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us
It’s what you hope for as regards to service
Everything ordered on line for click and collect was ready for me within 45 minutes.
And they were brought to me within 5 minutes of attending the store.
What’s not to love.
Pot was filthy when I collected it, the lady said it had been outside so a good wipe would solve the problem. She didnt even try to wipe it down. She didn't honestly care and was very blasé about my concern.
