Louise went over and beyond with helping me plan my bathroom and kitchen. Nothing was too much hassle.
Over the moon with the final result.

Ordered online for click and collect.Was told within 45 mins.that it was ready to collect.Arrived at store an hour later and the goods were waiting for me already on a trolley.First class service.

I have given Homebase a four star because I was given the choice of days for my delivery , I chose the Wednesday which they agreed to but my delivery didn’t arrive until Thursday which meant I had to ask a neighbour to take in my delivery .

Item was ordered online it was delivered in two days as stated very pleased thank you.

The item I ordered online turned out not to be in stock, although it said it was. However Claire at the store rescued the situation by ringing me and offering me an upgrade which was good of her.

Easy to order. Received goods immediately on collection

Went to view kitchens in Homebase, we were very happy with Louise, she was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and did the new layout exactly as we wanted, it looked amazing - we cannot wait for it to be fitted! Highly recommend Louise at Homebase and would like to thank her personally for all her help.

The staff were so helpful in the kitchen section! Louise who helped me design my kitchen was so professional and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend them for kitchen design!

The Brabantia rotary line was the lowest priced on line however the Bridgend store had no stock Tuesday morning but showed stock that evening so it was ordered “click and collect”. It was waiting for me at the reception desk!

1. According to the Web page everything was in stock. 2. After driving 35 miles to the store only 2 of 4 items were available. 3. After putting the 2 items in the car I went back into the store only find the item that was only one in store on the shelf. 4. The solar lights that I was originally looking for on line but they were not shown were on the shelf. I then went to go back to the Click & Collect counter to point this out but the staff member was there and there was a large queue so gave up on the bad experience.

Initially poor! BUT….quickly, and adequately, resolved👍

I used the click and collect service for a hose spray. They said there were 12 items in the store and they notify me (usually within the hour) when the item was ready for collection. 24 hours later after ringing their headquarters I was told that there were none available and was offered a refund or a similar item. Not a very good service.

Ed Levy at Homebase in Bridgend has been fantastic in helping us plan, decide and understand the whole process involved in buying, ordering and fitting a bathroom. Ed is honest and a good guy whom we've gained total confidence hence also ordering a kitchen with him aswell.
Thanks Ed and no doubt we'll be in touch again during the bathroom/kitchen fitting process. 👍🏼

Bought 3 items online picked up 2 and was told the 3rd had to be delivered , but it was inshore so don't understand why I was charged £20 delivery for 1 item that I could have picked up with my other 2 items , and £20 delivery is disgusting. Had a response back from homebase and was issued a full delivery refund , At least they read the review unlike a lot of places ,Thank you homebase 5 stars for responding thank you .
