Homebase - Broadstairs レビュー 

Couldn't take my order instore. 3 members of staff including the manager didn't know how to organise the delivery. Only 1 delivery person who struggled to carry package. Also delivery was at 6.45pm.

Product arrived on time, on the right day, delivered by friendly staff, all at a fair price.
Very happy.

I needed a new washing machine and Ben in Broadstairs was amazingly helpful. He searched for options and ordered what I needed very quickly, they'll even fit it as well. Brilliant service. Won't waste my time at Currys any more!

After 2 hours to get to broadstairs from where i live abd the traffic...The rug i click and collected is filthy dirty.

Rude member of staff, very miserable. Have encountered her before and she was exactly the same so clearly wasn't a one off!

Order was ready for collection twenty minutes after ordering as advised by text, in-store, no queue, order ready, back in car in under five minutes, no complaints here!!

I bought a bottle of Flo gas and was charged for it , but it was not in stock and should of been checked before charging me I'm now waiting for my refund which is still not in my bank

Local store called to say what we had reserved wasn’t in stock in brass but was in zinc, we accepted the change.
Arrived and took them home to discover it was a completely different product they had supplied, not just colour, and this wouldn’t work.
Now only half the refund has been processed. Pretty bad service for such a small and easy order.

Order was correct and delivered to the store the day they said, first experience of buying on line would do again.

Firstly, you have now converted me to Homebase! I lived in Dover for years so out of habit use B&Q. But they didn't have what I needed today, so I tried your store in Broadstairs, and the experience has changed all that! I was dealt with by 'Carl' who I have to say is the nicest person I've met shopping for a very long time. I wanted some relatively small pieces of wood for a home DIY attempt, and when the size I wanted wasn't available, I asked if i bought a larger piece, would Carl cut it down for me. He agreed with a lovely smile, that screamed 'nothing was too much effort'. ( I would add at this point that I'm 58! ) We went to his cutting area, and by sheer fluke there were some odd bits of wood that would completely fit my purpose with a little juggling. Carl juggled and within minutes I had all I needed, without the need to cut a piece far too large, that I didn't need or would have paid unnecessarily more for. Carl was polite, helpful and just genuinely an incredibly nice chap, who I cannot thank or praise enough. He is an asset to your team and deserves a raise!!! Kind regards, Katie
