I'd placed an order for instore collection. I was seen very quickly at the collection desk and my order was with me immediately. Very pleasant staff too.

I purchased a garden furniture set, I could not fit the box in my car, so in the absolute pouring rain and 15 minutes before the store closed Ben and Matt helped me to take it out of the box and get it all in. This saved me a return trip the following day. Thank you for your help x

Very prompt service. Sooner than expected. When l arrived it was ready and very helpful staff.

Click & Collect order - The wrong paint was put aside, I ordered the Farrow & Ball ‘Estate’ emulsion in French Gray and the Farrow & Ball ‘Modern’ emulsion in French Gray’ was reserved luckily I checked the tin before leaving. The staff had no idea of the difference but the modern has more of a sheen and is for bathrooms & kitchens and the estate has a chalky finish for bedrooms/living rooms. Also the modern is more expensive. Staff training in the products you sell would be helpful.

After a lot of difficulty using the online website, I decided to go into the store located in Eastbourne the following day. I can not explain how fantastic the staff are. Really friendly, polite, helpful and thorough! I get quite anxious when shopping which is why I often shop online, however, today I really felt at ease and had an enjoyable experience! I'd like to thank Chris, Nicola, Paul and Josh W. All wonderful!

Excellent customer service within every aspect of the transaction. This was click and collect. They telephoned me in advance to advise one item they didn't have and offered an acceptable appropriate replacement.They took the goods to my car and placed them inside as I am disabled.
They even guided me when I rang them having got lost on the way there.
A very positive experience.

Plant pots reserved for our collection were chipped. Staff totally disinterested. No packaging offered to protect the pots.

Easy process from start to finish

Made an appointment for a 12.00 in store Design session at Eastbourne store. Turned up only to be told that no design person was in today! Obviously the online appointment system is rubbish so don't trust it. I looked online again and see that they are taking appointments from 5pm onwards as my 12.00 and later slots have been taken. So more annoyed potential customers! Over 2 hours and 50 miles wasted. Not to be repeated

I never do reviews but after visiting the Eastbourne store on Saturday I felt I had too, I was looking for garden furniture but hadn't decided what style, I was helped by Lee, fantastic, great knowledge and helped with the decision as what was best for me, cannot fault the help received, keep it up Eastbourne!
