Great! Nice helpful staff, quickly found my order took it to my car and helped load it! Great customer experience 👌🏻

Mike was accommodating and informative, advising us on the most suitable bathroom fittings for both our family bathroom and ensuite. He gave useful suggestions and recommendations about the pros and cons of wet rooms versus standard shower rooms.

Don't visit the store at Ewell if you don't want to pay for the overtime parking (90 min max) charge of £100 (£60 if you dont appeal and pay in 14 days). It is easy to spend more than 90 minutes there unless you are very sure what you want to buy and don't need any assistance from the staff (if you are lucky to find one).

Experience was refreshing and excellent service from Helen. A true asset for your company.

Store collection worked fine, storage box was great. 33% cheaper than competitors!

Friendly staff fast and efficient service

Mike Ellis was the bathroom expert we dealt with at Homebase Ewell. He was very helpful and professional. The original shower unit we ordered showed in stock at the time of order. However a couple of weeks later Mike contacted us to say he’d subsequently found out it wasn’t in stock and no one knew when it would be. So we went in to see him and with his guidance chose another shower unit. The new one came within days. The bathroom has now been completely refurbished and we are very happy with all the units and the work of the bathroom fitter.

Arrived at 9.30 to collect my order.
Roger was in car park and advised that store did not open until 10. (It was Sunday) then informed him that I was collecting an order and he immediately loaded it into trolley and put in my car!

Great customer service team. The team were super friendly and helped with everything we needed. They were more than happy to help and It was a completely pleasant experience and would definitely recommend. Only disappoint is the ordering system. After buying something Homebase later put on a much better offer. They will not refund the difference and you have to completely return the item, wait 5 days for a refund and then repurchase for cheaper even though the discount to the item applied a day after we originally bought it.

It worked. Ordered and collected with no issue.

Our search of the paint on offer did not lead us to the product we wanted. Along came Ray who located exactly what we wanted (a product which housed in a total separate aisle). A good man who takes his job seriously and does it in a cheerful manner.

I am happy with my recent experience. I bought a Country Living Kitchen from the Ewell store. I was assisted by Charlie who was knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. The whole process was straightforward, the timings were all fine. Any extra bits needed were easily sorted. Kitchen & appliance delivery was good. I used my own fitter, except for the worktop - which came through Homebase and was perfectly fitted. Would recommend.

So easy to order. Great communication. Ordered and collected in about an hour. Very happy with service.
