Stuart pointed me in the right direction for my indoor compost as totally looking in wrong area.
Ended up buying 2 deckchairs as well. Good customer service which is rare these days.

Collection in store was quick and friendly. So, a very good experience all round.

I have been making a rememberance area for my father who died last year. I would like to thank the staff of the Felixstowe branch, they were really helpful on helping me choose the right things that I needed. I would also like to thank Jacob for getting and putting my items into my car.

Whenever I visit my local Homebase, all staff are friendly, polite, happy and helpful.
As promised, I found time to complete this survey in appreciation of such good customer service.

When you're busy you can't always find what you're looking for, despite how hard you look. Today was no exception apart from the fact when I sought help. Tommy came to the rescue, knew exactly where the time was and even offered advice. He made the day and was so helpful, with a smile!

Purchased multiple bags of compost/top soil and was helped by Jordan to collect and load my car. He very helpful and polite credit to Homebase.

We popped into our local Homebase store in Felixstowe wanting various items ( which were too specialised for the store) but saw the bistro table which was exactly what we had discussed buying. Not liking the orange on display we asked the nearest person on the floor. Jordan was polite and helpful and went to check stock to no avail. But we asked about on line buying and where it would be delivered and a more senior person checked for us and said there were none in the local warehouse and unlikely to get one but we could try. Then he doubled checked and there was a blue last one left in store which he found after Jordan has rechecked in back. They found it in the incorrect place for us. Jordan was amazing with his continued customer service as he taped the box, took it to checkout and carried it to our car. Just the sort of customer service we like. Well turned out, articulate and so helpful. We cannot praise him enough in his knowledge and going out of his way to check we had the product and offering to take to car ( we are both OAPs) Jordan is an indication of the high quality of staff you can get. Hang onto him or offering him higher positions as he was way above your average “Saturday boy” !

We needed to have our paint mixed. We had our 5 year old son with us and Jordan was great with him explaining to him how all the machines worked, he our son thought he was great.

Steven helped me find a new spool for my trimmer he was very helpful and even carried the compost to my car!
