Items easily ordered, ready for collection very quickly, efficient and courteous service at collection.

William n Pat from Upper Galwally Branch went over and above today. They went and checked the warehouse and found what I needed. They were so pleasant n very helpful.. Great customer care 👌

Bought a sofa last week but the store only had one left & it had a mark on it. The manager including Aaron in Belfast Forestside store was so helpful and got in touch to show me the mark. So helpful and professional throughout.

The items I ordered to collect were good value (compost and gardening gloves) and were quickly available for me when I registered at the desk

I have shopped from Homebase in Galwally Belfast on numerous occasions since I moved there over two years ago. The staff have been very friendly. In particular I should mention Klara from the kitchen and bathroom section. She was very helpful today when I was desperate for specific tiles. Last summer she helped with designing my new kitchen (free). She provided invaluable advice on selection of material and colours. She is a truly top professional and she is always smiling.

Staff were shockingly rude, two members staff were discussing personal holidays while I waited for about 5, minutes standing directly at the desk, then without even looking at me the young lady behind the desk asked did I want something, I said yes I had an order to collect, she sighned and asked for my number, which I gave her and she left to get them all without ever looking in my direction. Then her colleague continued to sit playing on his phone until a queue formed at the one open till, at which point he fled down the back of the shop. The strangest retail experience I have had in a long time, possibly ever. Oh and the brand new bins I bought had water in them and were very dirty.

Bob turned a problem to a good solution. Couldn't find our product but bob found the location and then went to the store to find some. Super job bob

I just want to record that I had a very positive & professional experience with a Customer Service person at Homebase Drumkeen complex Belfast. I was having some issues with a Bosch Hedge Trimmer which I had just purchased. The member of staff (Name: Will) was extremely helpful & quickly resolved my problems. I am very grateful. Store & Staff provide a quality service.

Good service unfortunately the local branch did not have the item in store so had to travel 34 mls to another branch to purchase item,it was difficult to find due to lack of signage but will be able to find it in future.

Very disappointed. Ordered a kitchen in April this year with it due to be delivered on the 20th of Aug. The plan was for it to be installed that day and over the following days of that week.

About half of the kitchen arrived on the date expected. Our fitter could only install what arrived and left after a day to do another job even thou initially we had him booked to be there for the week to have it finished.

After contacting the store, deliveries for the remaining items were reschedule to come on new dates some to come near the end of sep. We argued this was not acceptable and we did get new dates for a week or two in the future. On the new dates given, again all of the expected items did not arrive, leaving us to again phone and enquired when we were going to get them. This happened so often we actually give up phoning as we were so fed up with it all. I think we must of had over 20 separate deliveries over the past 4 weeks. We have not got a delivery yet from homebase were all the expected items arrived and to this date we are still outstanding a cupboard door and handles so the saga continues.....

The reasons we were given by homebase were 'Items were not in stock' or 'problems with suppliers'. Homebase have had since April to get this shuff organised and out to us, I just feel these are not good enough reasons and our patience and tolerance has been maxed out.

Due to the delay of items we have had to rearrange the fitter multiple times as the items were not there for them to fit. Due this we have had to live with no sinks or liveable kitchen until last week when thankfully the fitter was able to squeeze us in to fit the remaining bits of the kitchen apart from our outstanding cupboard door of course!!

Had we had all the items delivered when scheduled we should of only had to live like this for a matter of days. It has caused our family undue stress at home as trying to live and parent in the middle of not having a kitchen and the not knowing when we were ever going to get it finished! It has also impacted on our work life as we have had to spent countless hours whilst working phoning the store to chase down missing items.

The kitchen is nice which we have eventually got but if I knew we were going to have this hassle with the delivery of it I would have never used them and regret my decision to get the kitchen from homebase. I will not use them for any future home projects after this disappointing experience.

Good communication and quick order

I ordered and payed for an item on line and was to collect from Homebase, but when I went to collect the item I was told I couldn’t collect it and had to pay a delivery charge of £6, not very happy about it.

i try to use Homebase (galwally) as my 'go to' store primarily because the staff are just such good quality. As well as being helpful and knowledgeable they are just pleasant people who have always tried to offer solutions to my requirements which is what is needed in this type of store. In a competitive market Homebase and its staff are just that bit better quality than other providers.

I ordered through click and collect and when I got home one of the trellis was defective .
Your staff handed these trellis over to me at the checkout .
I am very Dissatisfied with Homebase handing over defective items .
