Brian was super helpful and went out of Hos way to accommodate and meet the price as advertised. He was very very lovely

Had some difficulty in locating a specific paint colour in the correct size tin but Cameron came to our rescue and not only found exactly what we wanted but also pointed out it was buy one get one half price which was perfect.
Top marks to Cameron for approaching us rather that us having to find someone, a credit to the store!
Also worthy a mention is a Linda on the checkout who was friendly, quick and very professional……thank you to both for a great experience

On a recent visit to the Gateshead store I received excellent assistance from Callum, who helped me with some large bags of soil. The staff are always happy to help.

I visited the Team Valley store and spoke to Alex who was on the till. She couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. She took her time to help me and others around her.
Will be back to see her!

One tin of paint was missing but after a quick call my paint was withe next day x

Items were ready. There was no fuss and the woman who served me was most helpful and friendly.

Staff are always so friendly and helpful, I was served by Robson and he was lovely and gave me some gardening tips.

We were helped by an amazing assistant,by the name of Luke at the Team valley shop ,this young guy deserves 10 stars he was so helpful to me and my wife 👍

My purchase had been picked but had a different name and order number on the label. It was sorted by a helpful member of staff so, overall, pleased and would use click and collect here again

I needed a strimmer reel and weed killer Brian B took me straight to the product and found the correct type I needed. Even offered to carry the weed killer to the till. That's what I call customer service. Keep up the good work Brian B

Every time I have been into Homebase recently, Robson has been on the till. He is always so cheery and smiley, and is always happy to have a chat. He makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable!
