Homebase - Hamilton レビュー 

If you value customer service and a company who will take responsibility for defective goods they’ve sold you look elsewhere. Homebase Hamilton is a disgrace. Contacted customer service and they directed me to the store. Contacted the store and they directed me to customer service. Appalling.

Served very promptly. Lawnmower brought out on a trolley which greatly helped

Was served by a nice lady named gaye, every time i am in homebase the help are always very helpful, gaye was very friendly and helpful, telling me about offers. Always enjoy the service they provide.

I came into Homebase to get some tools for some diy work in my home. Forgot my ID in the car and Gaye, the lovely employee on the check out allowed me to quickly run out and grab it as she rung up my items. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Was served by Gayle at the cashier desk and the lady was very polite and helpful. Makes your day a lot better when the staff appear to be happy at there work.

A seamless transaction

Got order confirmation by text that the order is available to pick up from Hamilton store on the Tuesday at 3.49pm but when I go into your Hamilton store on the Saturday they cancelled the order that morning. At the point of ordering it says there’s 5 days to pick up the order from when they notify you it’s so frustrating when they don’t follow their terms and cancel the order before the 5 days have elapsed. They couldn’t do anything to rectify it. Came in the week before to pick up the same items and they told us they have no bags so been waiting 2 weeks now for the items but they failed to honour the order

Edit. Read message: got text that the order was available on Tuesday so the 5 days starts then.
Post order they actually change the 5 days to 3 days so they change terms post order. Where’s my refund?

No order and still waiting for refund for the click and collect order they refused to give please sort this ASAP.

Gaye was very helpful and made me aware of all the other great offers in store today.
She was also very knowledgeable about the products I was buying and happily advised me that I’d chosen the correct ones as there were other types that were more suited to industrial use.

Was in the Hamilton branch of Homebase on Sunday 30/06/24. Was served by Gaye who was an absolute delight. Very friendly and interactive. Too often you pay for goods and the assistant barely notices you, so this was a wonderfully refreshing interaction. Even helped me get my hubby to buy me garden lights ha ha Well done Gaye. You are a credit to the company

Popped into the Hamilton store yesterday to pick up some plants and soil - the cashier Gaye was so friendly and chatty , made sure I had everything I needed, offered me the special deals which I took 1 of as I needed plant food and wished me a good day / I have been in a few times previously and been served by Gaye and she is always so lovely and friendly and makes you smile !
