Very friendly and happy service from Susan! Been in quite a lot recently and Susan has always been consistently very friendly, helpful and efficient!

I went to the shop with paint issues. I explained to Steph what my son did to his wall and she straight away had amazing idea . She is so professional and extremely good at her job . She is credit to Homebase

No fuss all ready for collection

I just want to thank Susan (cashier) and the guy who was organising stock at the time who when asked guided me to what I was looking for and introduced other items to me to Improve my work flow. I just want to say the service they gave with a smile was excellent and very professional leaving me in a great frame of mind for the rest of the day. So thank you very much.

Neil offered his assistance and helped me with my choice of compost. He also took my heavy trolley to the check out, then out to my car and loaded the goods into my boot.

I needed to get some Dulux Heritage paint, Clive showed me straight away, he was really helpful and chatty. He offered to mix a smaller tin but unfortunately didn’t have the base mix, this wasn’t a problem at all as there was a bigger pre mixed tin. His customer service was fantastic. Grace at the till was also lovely. Both a credit to the store. I work in retail and know how hard it is at times, especially working Sundays. Thank you.

Leanne served us who was outstanding, we had a wet bag of compost, she gave us some tissues to clean the bag so we could put it in the car without getting it dirty

Went to buy seed potatoes. None in stock, but seeds were reasonable so got them, journey not wasted.

The staff at Harlow were very helpful.
I was served by Susan and Gary in the purchase of an ex display cabinet that Gary had to remove from the wall, and he stuck with me until it was safely loaded in the back of my car. Excellent customer service.

We were served by Karen on the Customer desk. We had gone into the store to buy 5 litres of Farrow & Ball emulsion. Unfortunately the colour we wanted was not one of the colour ranges available. Karen went above and beyond to check all stores who had it in stock and ordered it to be delivered to the Harlow branch to be collected. The only unfortunate thing was we have to wait up to 10 days for it to arrive!

Good products, nice staff - Susan

I had been looking for a particular shade of Dulux paint- called First Frost. Both B&Q and Wickes said this was no longer available and they could not make the colour for me. I tried one last time in Homebase and spoke to FIONA about my problem. She knew immediately that they had First Frost in the "LIGHT +SPACE" range. I was thrilled and am very thankful to Fiona and her excellent customer service.
