None of my product and now missed the discount. Feels very convenient considering 80+ available when ordered and paid for….

Email saying I retuned the items and refund on the way… pretty counter to both what I wanted and how much I would spend!

Staff were lovely but system is broken!

On this occasion, the stock level shown online was accurate so when I ordered a click and collect it was processed (hasn't always been the case). Received an SMS to say it was ready, went to store, was dealt with immediately by a helpful member of staff and the item was as expected. Being able to collect from store free without incurring delivery charges is a bonus.

Stock shows 22 items available, we ordered 16 to click and collect but then got a phone call saying only 3 items avaliable. Guess the system needs an update.

It was clear where to collect my order, I was greeted quickly and my order was ready to collect in a trolley for ease of getting it to my car

The order was ready quickly which is what I've come to expect from Homebase Click and Collect. However they didn't have the colour that I had ordered, which according to the website was in stock (and plenty of it). A little disappointed, but not the end of the world.

Great staff, really helpful, friendly and polite. Very happy!

We went in and asked a woman at the tills for the toilet we ordered. She sent us up to kitchens and said “it isn’t down here”. We spoke to a lad upstairs who brought us back to the tills and pointed out the toilet. We did not receive an apology for being messed around.

Easy to order, ready quickly and the staff really helpful.

Horsham Homebase is my local branch which I visit regularly and have experienced quality visits.The store has a great variety of products and a very good garden centre.The staff are approachable and helpful but need to highlight a particular member of staff who I have interacted on many occasions and his name is Marius.
He is a joy to deal with always very helpful and makes you feel very welcome

It was a comedy show. I was pointed to a collect counter, the person at the counter asked me to ring the bell for assistance? Waited 10 mins then someone else turned up slating the previous person for pretending to be a manager when he was a security guard. The new assistant had no idea what he was doing either. The amount of problems he had would be to many to write. As I finally left with my product I told him I wish I had videoed the last 15 mins. What a complete and utter shambles!!!!

I brought this online in the sale to collect from’ the Horsham branch , but when collecting I was given the ex display bistro set which had some scuffs on the edge of the table . As this was the only one available I had no choice but to take it . Very disappointed with Homebase

Excellent produce arrived a day early

I would highly recommend a visit to Ben Cassan in the Horsham store - he has been incredible. His knowledge and experience can’t be matched, from the first time we spoke to him over six months ago, to our final fitting visit he’s been excellent. We’ve chosen a HouseBeautiful kitchen and he helped us to navigate where our budget was best spent, different design ideas and has been very patient through a couple of different design iterations. We’ve got our delivery date booked in and we can’t wait to see it all fitted.
We did compare with a number of other large kitchen suppliers and none came close to Ben’s knowledge and service. Thanks Ben!

Very easy to make an order and even easier to collect the order .

We received advice from Ben Cassan at the Horsham Homebase superstore. He was very professional and knowledgeable. In addition to this, he was very friendly and spent a lot of time searching for a product that was absolutely just what we were looking for. Very pleased with Ben's service and advice.

Very impressed with Steve today for his great customer service skills.
He helped me choose a suitable item for my garden a stepping stone.
He offered to take it to my car as it was heavy. He also asked me if I needed help for any other items.

Very easy to find what I wanted online and check it was in stock. Order placed and ‘ready to collect’ text received in about half an hour. Very polite staff member checked my order on arrival at the desk and handed the goods over.
