Deja vu... yet again, searched items were out of stock at local Luton store, so attempted ordering using the 'deliver to store' option. Got to the Basket page, lo and behold, 'Basket Error' warning. After three times deleting/re-selecting the same items in the basket, finally got to successfully pay for the items wanted! When is this bug going to be fixed? So, 'order ready for collect' message received in 2 days, went to collect to find no staff at pick-up counter, then when the assistant did turn up didn't seem to be able to process my order number or easily locate where the order was! Hurrah! found eventually. But why does a simple transaction have to be so difficult????

So amazed at the speed and the accuracy your machine copied my door keys. Tried somewhere else before and had to return twice to correct the cutting. Your staff was very helpful and showed me were other items were that I needed to buy.
All in all very happy with your store and have recommended your key cutting service to friends.

Homebase Bramingham Park is an excellent store. It’s very clean, making it easy to find what you need. The store is well signposted, so everything is clearly marked and simple to locate. Evelyn, a staff member, is especially wonderful. She is incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, going out of her way to assist me during my time in store. Her friendly attitude and expertise make shopping at this Homebase a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this store for a great shopping experience!

I clicked and collected very quickly. The products were very quick to be ready once I had ordered on line. The two workers were very polite and chatty and made jokes which really lightened the mood. They informed me about the refund policy as well which they knew really well. Thank you.

Wow what can I say! I have never had customer service like it. Evelyn from the Luton store was amazing. We couldn’t find sand and she guided my husband to where it was. She was very helpful and chatty. She smiled the whole time. It made a boring trip as I hate DIY enjoyable! Please pass on our thoughts with her. She is a credit to your store.
I know you are shutting a lot of your stores and I do hope this is not one of them, especially when you have a hard worker who makes you smile.

We bought some bedroom furniture today from Adam Cornwall.
Adam was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about these products, which made our purchase very easy.
We also had lighting queries earlier this week which he was able to solve instantly.
Adam is a credit to the Homebase team and we will certainly return to him for our next purchase. Thank you Adam.

Visited Homebase, Bramingham, Luton click and collect this morning at 10.40am. Needed to change one of my paint colours. Never met two such unhappy, grumpy looking women before. They obviously don’t enjoy their jobs, so why choose to work with people. They just couldn’t be bothered, not even a smile. I left feeling quite depressed.

Me and my father in law was well over the moon with the customer service we received from keely very helpful in every way possible nice to know customer service is at the highest level possible and will definitely be shopping with there again
