Homebase - Maidstone レビュー 

No help offered to carry a very large and heavy box containing a 4 piece garden furniture set from the store check out to the car.

Initially i ordered goods to be collected.
I also placed on order for delivery due to non availability in store.
I got a rather rude lady ring me up to let me know actually they could not accommodate my collection and delivery was my only option.
This meant 2 x delivery charges, so I contacted Customer Services and they refused (under the cover of 'company rules') to do this.

Both my wife and I went to our local Homebase to get some paints mixed up for our new House and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Alan in the Dulux paint section. Alan talked us through different colour options and finishes that may compliment the paint scheme we had in mind, showed our 10 year old how the paints were mixed and even helped with a lighting issue we have stumbled across - thank you Alan

Compost and soil all ready on trolleys to load into the car. Very good customer service in store. Because of the website we had to split the order into two, and they rang us to make sure it wasn't an error.

Great price, 5mins away, ready in a few mins and dead easy to collect.

Although there was a mix up with the order once the manager at Aylesford realised he sorted issue promptly and arrange for correct product to be collected by myself at a store 10 minutes away.

Ordered online available quickly collected same day .Two lovely gentlemen helped me to the car with a new BBQ and loaded it for me .

I bought a garden sofa set in the sale, so it was click and collect only. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get it home to be honest, so went to Homebase expecting to likely get it refunded not being able to manage it in the car. Paul and George were at the service desk and made the impossible possible! They carefully considered the measurements of the car and helped us get the sofa in there, eventually dismantling the box and carefully placing everything in the car for us. This was exceptional customer service and am really grateful for their help, it literally couldn’t have been possible otherwise. Thank you Paul and George!

Jane was so helpful . She was so informative. She told me so many facts about certain plants. She helped me out as I bought a lawnmower too. 5 ⭐️ service. Thank you so much. An asset to your store.

I had to return to Aylesford Homebase after buying an Outback BBQ as the pack of screws and nuts and bolts was missing. Paul served me and he could not have been more helpful. He ended up opening 3 boxes with new BBQs in to find the pack I needed. It was very hot and his patience was fantastic.

Quick, efficient service and friendly staff when I collected it. Delighted that it was all ready for me on a trolley.

Ordered 2 Acapulco chairs in orange and green, all in stock, payment went through fine. An hour later get a call saying no green in stock. Website had said there were and took the order. Disappointed as really liked the green 😔

I visited Aylesford today quite late for some paint samples.
Jaydon came to assist and found their new machine wasn't working as planned. Jaydon battled on trying multiple ways to get the Machine working. He stayed calm, patient and polite. I couldn't have asked for more and he saved me a return trip.

Sophie was excellent. I entered the store with an empty gaslight propane bottle looking for an exchange. Sophie was on the till but was alert enough to see that I was looking for help. She politely called over to me anticipating what I needed. She immediately called for a colleague to bring an exchange bottle. Sophie ushered me to the till to pay for the gas while I was waiting. I discovered she was just 16 and worked at the store after school and at the weekend. I paid, her colleague arrived and I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Sophie was brilliant and a credit to her generation. Thank you Sophie.
