Homebase - Milton Keynes レビュー 

Ordered two 18V batteries to click and collect. One of the batteries was without the packaging, like it came from the display. On asking why they said it is fine, warranty still applies. Person at the till was very dismissive, on the verge of being rude so did not feel like asking for a refund would go well.

This is not acceptable for many reasons. Large lithium batteries are dangerous and need at least minimum protection when being transported. I had no guarantee the battery was not used before. Usually when you buy something expensive if you do not get the packaging you are expecting the price to be reduced. I wouldn't have bought the item like if I was to pick it up in the store.

Confidence is shattered, I will take my custom somewhere else in the future. Only reason it is not just one star is because the order was available to pick up same day so can say IT system works.

I ordered a 3-pack of BUFF rubber door stops and was given White. However, the Homebase Response Team contacted me to apologise and provide a refund. Overall, I found the Click & Collect service notifications very helpful and will use it again.

5 plus hours waiting for my delivery that had a charge of £6. Made a call to a call centre in India typical of todays companies cheap labour reading from a script. My workmen have had to be re-engaged due to the 4 hour slot given not being achieved. Terrible don't rely on your delivery slot even though you've Been in your house to frightened to move in case you miss it.

I was called from a queue to a new vacant cashier who had just opened to help customers. The name of the cashier was Shirley. She was most helpful and even found me some old plastic sheeting to place on my car mats in case the plants I'd just bought fell over. I was most appreciative. She was kind, pleasant and extremely helpful. This is the kind of customer service I really value.

Would definitely use again, as I have issues with standing/walking /balancing it makes shopping so much easier for me.

Tee (not sure if that is her name) helped me with an item that was the last one and shop display and damaged. I bought it at reduced price. It was pouring with rain so she helped me wrap it in cardboard and into my car.

If you are looking for a new kitchen please don't considered home base. We have had nothing but problems. Delay on delivery, there recommended kitchen fitter Left us with a kitchen full of dangerous problems.
