Came into oldbury store for click and collect, whilst having a browse came across a small greenhouse. Asked for assistance and Karen came off her break to help me! Absolutely fantastic customer service. Helpful, polite and went above and beyond to assist me. After service like that I ended up buying a greenhouse and now have knowledge to get me started. Big shout out to Karen! Good old fashioned customer care. A great asset to your store. I would appreciate her to be recognised for her excellent service.

The shower curtain is absolutely great, just what I was looking for and at a great price. Thank you

Terrible service. I went in for a glue gun and was recommended the wrong glue sticks to go with it. As I needed it for that day I had to make journey back to the store to exchange and pay extra for the correct glue sticks.
I explained to the member of staff what had happened and nothing was offered to apologise. I think a 10% discount or and voucher could have been given.

Staff go above and beyond and this occurs on every visit I have made to Home base Olbury nothing is too much trouble they are helpful and considerate collecting large items that I need assistance to put into my car they complete without an attitude that they don't really want to do it as in some cases from elsewhere the staff need the recognition they deserve!!

Kevin is an absolute Legend! We popped into the Oldbury Homebase with no knowledge of specialist paints and how to paint kitchen cupboards.
Kevin spoke to us at length and explained everything really well.
So happy we popped in today and met the right people for the job.

I have never received my notification that my click and collect order is ready. It has been a week now since it was due to be ready for collection.

I had a phone call to ask

Order ready & in trolley for me. Plus prices equal most other places or a little bit less.

At first we only went to take a look at design ideas and we was approached by a member of staff who just simply gave us some tips on looking for a kitchen and was very helpful in the Oldbury branch.
We then booked an appointment with them and they managed to get us in the next day.
We a design consultation with a lady name Laura Russell and she was amazing!
From start to finish of the project she was on hand to help and even dropped us a courtesy call on delivery to ensure everything had arrived.
They were the cheapest and the kitchen was great quality.
Great service!
