Homebase - Omagh レビュー 

I visited Homebase Omagh on 6th July to purchase a large quantity of Sandtex paint.... I was looked after by Rheanna... an amazing young girl.... who when she discovered she hadn't enough suggested/checked Homebase Cookstown for me and I clicked/collected the extra tubs from there today..... Thank you Rheanna... You are the reason I return to Omagh store often.... You are so helpful to an old age pensioner like me.

Trevor was really happy to help even though he was extremely busy what a gentleman

I asked at check out can someone help me with floor tiles. The man at check out said if you go down to the tiles he will get someone for me.
A young man called Matty came and asked what sort of tiles did I want. I also gave him measurements of the floor which he was able to calculate how many tiles and how much three sets of tiles I was looking at. He didn't rush me and was very pleasant and helpful. He has made me feel I can order this online as he went through what to do online.

Just back from a very pleasant trip to Homebase. We needed some assistance with paints and Matthew was very helpful & knowledgeable. Then, at the checkout we were served by Kate who was so friendly & welcoming. Kate even managed to sell me a 14L bucket that I certainly hadn't intended to buy!! All in all, a great visit. Homebase, you seem to have some fantastic staff at your Omagh store!

Excellent service. Ordered on line. Picked up order the next day. All waiting for me in a trolley.

Very straight ordered online to collect in store, collected next day and built and fitted that night. No damage and nothing missing out of box. Picked up at customer service desk and was out in under 5 mins so perfect thanks

Matty as always was helpful and courteous, the reason I keep coming to this location in recent months

Got help in the paint department from Matthew. He was so patient and helped navigate us in what paint went on specific materials.

I found Matty very helpful when I was picking paint for my home, he gave me all the information I was after, great customer service, would recommend

Matty from the Omagh Store provided great assistance in the flooring department. Very professional and friendly.

Matty was very patient with us as the purchase on line was difficult. We are highly delighted with the way he worked with us. He deserves 10 out of 10 for his work.

I went to shop 2 hours after receiving notification that my order was ready.

When I arrived my order wasn't ready.

Use Homebase store on a semi regular basis as sometimes more suitable to go pick something up than wait for a delivery and being able to see the item before buying always helps. Got a question, have always found the staff very friendly and approachable, will show you where what you're after is located or point out possible alternatives.
After talking to member of staff inside, needed to go get trolley, item up to till, if happens to be bit of a queue at the checkout they quickly get another one opened, had a question with purchase, think her name was Kate, sorted my query, and when was leaving organised someone to give me hand to get item from trolley to car.
Even though he was busy working at something else at the time very quickly came and gave me hand to get item off trolley and secured for transport.

Seamus has been so helpful and kind in the garden center, he is a credit to the company.

I ordered Delicate Pine online....and it turned out to be a light green colour!! I wanted a natural pine colour!

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Thanks to David for his advice and help when buying patio furniture. Nothing was a bother to him. Also thanks to PJ for ensuring I got everything I needed and value for money. Excellent customer service and great store.
