Very helpful staff Jerry and Jessica understood what I needed

Nick at Rayleigh Homebase, thank you so much for your help the other week, being a single parent, trying to do DIY is tough enough, you explained how to use the filler, and loaded it in the gun for me, ready to go. The stairs look lovely now. You didn’t have to help so much so thank you.

Popped in today and was helped by Jessica who was amazing and she hadn’t even started her shift yet 👍🏻

Seamless ordering, items ready for me and assistance given to carry to the car and load.

Two ladies who helped me at the click and collect were lovely, one picked out the best looking planter although unfortunately it was bigger than I thought so I returned it anyway, and the other was just so friendly and sweet

Great service from Jessica, helped sort out best prices on a range of paints for an ongoing project at home

Great website. Clear instructions on how to order online. Kept informed of progress at every step. Great service!

Bought paint samples and two new cushions. Jessica very helpful at the tills and about making sure if we needed to return anything just keep hold of the receipt and there’s no problem at all. Sometimes colours look different when you start painting so you might need to change the cushions if they don’t match.

Had everything I needed & received expert help from Sharon, a lovely, friendly member of staff who is a credit to the Rayleigh store.

Hi .. wanted to give some feedback on our new kitchen purchase from Rayleigh Homebase .
We opted for the ready assembled kitchen and had a home visit from Ian Samuel’s , their kitchen consultant.
Ian was thorough to say the least , we discussed appliance location , where everything would be stored including access to water gas and electricity .
The kitchen arrived on time , amounting to some 28 different boxes .. completely filling the dining room.
Quite a job fitting it all in but .. at last it’s finished.
My favourite part is the units under the stairs , looks great, then you see how much is inside .. great use of a tiny space .
I would like to say a Big Thank you to Ian for his patience and advice , a very helpful and knowledgeable person , if you’re thinking of buying a new kitchen make sure to pay him a visit .
I will hopefully post some pictures we have taken today

I ordered 2 fleece throws on 17/9/24 and paid by debit card. I then received a phone call the next morning at to say that the items were out of stock. I then received a text to say can I collect my items from the store. Had to contact customer services to find out what on earth was going on and was told that the items were definitely out of stock and I would get a refund in 3 to 5 days. I think this is not OK as the store have my money for items they have not supplied yet I had to pay immediately. This was only a small amount of money but I imagine that this can happen with lots of items and the company are holding on to the money for an excessive amount of time when it should be refunded immediately. Obviously, the stock control is an issue as well and needs to be looked at. Won't be purchasing anything else from them in a hurry.

Cushions I required were in stock, delivered next day by very helpful driver. Product superb, highly recommended.

Very busy today yet, every till was manned, bought some garden lights and BBQ paint, HELEN, advised me of offer 3 for 2 on BBQ paint, as well as offer on garden lights, saved me loads of money today.
