Ordered the night before to expedite the process, notwithstanding which, I didn't receive a message with collection details until 09:45. Would have been quicker to just turn up and collect the paint when the store opened at 09:00. Even then, when at the store, the click and collect station was unmanned, and none of the checkout staff offered assistance until I asked. Disappointing service.

It's good to click and collect bags of compost ready to go and they put em your car for you excellent service

Absolutely brilliant a young lady assisted in loading my car which I refused as I’m a gentleman lol but she insisted

Went to Selby homebase 20 miles away for your basic 150mm x 150mm white tiles, got to the tile ilse and couldn't find them, asked a employee who was putting stuff back on the shelves if there was any in the back, he took the number and went to ask someone at the tills, he came back, and said I'd have to order them, he pointed to the click and collect and said you can do it over there, he was a nice young man who was shy I think, but it was helpfull. Went to the c&c and after a while a man turned up and after taking the number said it would take 5-6 weeks!, I laughed at this, he then said it could be Friday as that's the tile delivery day, but if it's not on that one it will be on the next and so on, told him not to bother, I'd get some from somewhere else. That was a silly way of doing ordering!.

The store staff led by Dan are always pleasant and obliging.
Ordering on line hassle free,as to be expected from a major player in the DIY supply.

We ordered a House Beautiful kitchen designed by a Homebase designer. Some of the units did not fit and different units supplied. 19 door and drawer fronts were out of tolerance. The initial delivery took place on 17 May and the kitchen was completed in late August, so we were without a proper kitchen for 3 months and had to pay an additional £1600 in fitter's costs to replace all the faulty units. Homebase offered us a miserable £300 compensation. They are a disgrace and should be banned from operating.
They responded by saying that the file was closed.
