Accepted offer to receive homebase information and get 10% voucher but never received it.

Waited a long time at the pick up point pressed bell twice with a long gap in between the man turned up didn’t say hi or any greeting looked like he didn’t like he had to be there and asked for the number after I showed him my phone he went got it put it on the counter no here we are. I said to him have a good day wasn’t customer service at all diabolical

The lady on the click and collect counter was so helpful, brilliant customer service, thank you.

The staff were extremely good and apologetic for making me wait so long.
Unfortunately there were only four staff trying to deal with the whole shop.
NOT the staffs fault just not enough of them working in the shop - very bad management !

Person behind click and collect was rude

I first asked for his help on another product he was rude tell me I can just look at the product on the shelf when I wanted to check what was included on the box

When collecting my click and collect order he was the one serving and he shoved it at me going here.

I've done retail most of my life and not hard to smile for your customers

Young lady who answered the phone at Sittingbourne Homebase went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing on click and collect and made sure the right thing was waiting with a note to explain.

I ordered some paint on line for click and collect from Homebase Sittingbourne and was advised my item would be ready to pick up in about 1 hour. Almost before I could shut down my laptop I got a text saying the order was ready! Amazing service! Service when I picked up the order was quick and courteous too! Very pleased!

Great product, stock levels a bit iffy put item brought in from different branch , all well thank you

Got home to find 2 items were the total wrong ones, and each was half the value of the items I've paid for.

I went to collect my order only to find it had been moved from the collection area and put out onto shop floor and sold. So I was unable to collect half my order as there were no more ottomans in stock. I was also expecting a delivery the day before and it never arrived without any notification or reason. Not impressed.
However I can not fault the staff who were assisting me. Very friendly and did everything they could to help where possible. Very polite and would give them 10/10 for trying to help sort out my order.
