I ordered and payed for my product on my phone twice, and had them delivered and the hole experience from start to finish was brilliant cannot fault homebase many thanks. Mr Michael Swaby.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Chris at Homebase in Sleaford.
He has been so helpful and patient while planning my new kitchen and bathroom, even after purchase right through delivery and fitting he has always been available for help or advice.

I appreciate you are going through some tough times and I wish all the staff well at the Sleaford branch. Last weekend I came into store to buy the Cullen unit and it was £34 (was £69) and promoted as a big discount.

This weekend I return to store because you are promoting a 20% off furniture sale. The same unit this weekend was £55 (was £69).

I think this is very misleading. Thankfully you had left this online at £34. So we bought it online while we were in store and did a click and collect.

Ordered online, picked up at Sleaford. Easy, smooth transaction. Lovely lady served me. Sorry I didn't get her name, but it was approx 4.15pm Friday 15th November.

How can a huge store as in Sleaford, Lincs, NOT sell wallpaper, but can sell paste.....slightly annoyed no tubs of ready made, which is a game changer!! I like to look at wallpaper when I'm need it. Recently served a few times by Tracey, always very chatty, and helpful, especially as I've been in numerous times, as we're putting in new kitchen

Homebase is my total go-to for sorting out an outdated home. Carol has great advice (track her down for recommendations and product deals!). I always leave feeling more certain about my decisions. And my steering clear from magnolia.
Sarah and I have shared ideas and I’ve learnt a lot about space and colour!
I’ve transformed the walls and space into something I love. So thankful for the tips and tricks the staff at Homebase have. Totally recommend. Love to all

Homebase would have most of the basics you'd need. Our best experience, though, is with their staff being so warm and friendly! We had a general idea of what we wanted, but thought we left with better choices after having a good chat with Carol!

Collection process from store was easy with a friendly member of staff on hand to help. Also provided advice on another product too.

Called in today to buy a couple of items, found just what I was looking for. I was served today by Lisa who was very friendly and helpful.

Was served by Sue B, who was really helpful. She could see I was a bit flustered and asked if she could help, and took me over to the section I needed and gave me advice on the different products.

The staff make this more of an experience than just shopping.
Lisa served me today and like all the staff she was professional, helpful, friendly, welcoming and a smile that lit the place up :)
You cant help but leave feeling that bit happier.
