Homebase - Stroud レビュー 

Today I had my second encounter with Kathy in the paint section. She is so knowledgeable, helpful and patient! Her eye for colours is most inspiring. Please thank your valuable member of staff!

I was rescued by a wonderful member of staff, Ian, in the electric drill section, and he was amazingly helpful, basically taking me through every item on my list and guiding me around the store to find everything. Above and beyond! Very impressed.

Staff at Stroud Homebase were wonderful. I ordered online for click and collect but they did not have the item in stock (it showed 1 remaining on the website). Instead of just cancelling the order they located the item in another store, arranged for it to be brought to Stroud and I was then able to collect it from there. Thank you!

Ian from the Stroud store was very polite and extremely helpful. I was looking to purchase a drill and I had no idea which would be best for me. Ian was more than happy to help and he helped me carry my shopping to the till as I had my hands full. A great guy and a credit to Homebase!

Easy process, item was ready and waiting to be collected within the hour.

We arrived in store after an hour drive, the staff were really friendly and offering support.
I asked if they were willing to sell a display Christmas decoration that had sold out and was told yes, which made my day. We then looked at the trees as we’d seen one we liked online for next year. Yes it was in stock, half price so it’s in the rafters for next year.
We collected our order; paid and thanked the staff for their assistance. Wish this was our closest store, so friendly and helpful.

Ordered 2 bags of Post Mix on Click and Collect. Received a text message at 08.26 saying order was ready to pick up, got to the store for 08.35 to find they didn't open until 09.00! Went back later, collected order, found one of the bags was open on the top although contents appeared ok. First time I had used Click and Collect, but won't bother in future.

Fast service great customer service great product

Message said item ready for collection @ Stroud store but not there. Days later, I went again and they found the item - it had been there all the time!!! Wasting my time

Artificial tree faulty due to issues with lights. Initially online told to contact store directly. A few process issues (tree was only available in another store), however the lady I spoke to, Lucy, was fantastic to deal with. I believe the Store Manager collected the tree themselves from another store and brought it to Stroud for me to collect. Also received a refund for the inconvenience/travel.
Lucy called me a number of times throughout the week, kept me updated with the issue and the steps being taken to resolve it.
Unfortunately Lucy wasn’t in store when I came to collect but I’d appreciate if her fantastic customer service could be rewarded in some way. My initial experience of the Homebase process wasn’t the best, however Lucy has ensured it’s a great one, so thank you very much. She is a credit to your store and really does understand the value of customer service!

The product I bought I’m very happy with, however, found staff very unhelpful. Asked where something was and one member of staff overheard, who was on the phone, she pointed to where it was. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and told the other assistant I would go to b&q.

Staff is friendly and helpful.
The shop layout is well organised and easy to navigate.
