Quire I was dealt NAZ,nothing to trouble for him ,answered my questions most politely and helpful,RESULT,I purchased the keenly priced shredder ,Nazeing is a credit to Homebase

From the Ordering online process to click and collect and picking up my items everything was very straight forward.

Ordered item which said available in store to pick up for free. The store called and said it was not available, even though it was showing as 2 available on the website. I then had to order again online and pay £6 for delivery. Seems like a conniving way to get more money out of customers

It couldn't have been easier to place and collect my order. I have never had such a brilliant experience in the click and collect method of buying online.

System is quick and very easy to use collection made easy order on line and collected in 30 minutes

Two staff didn't know how to process a refund. After waiting 15 minutes another member of staff came to issue the refund and was discussing (in front of customers) with another colleague how poor it was that the other colleagues couldn't issue the refund.

Really easy to order. Everything was ready for me within a few minutes. Have just collected and staff member was really friendly, efficient and helpful.

We shopped for garden pots on 15/04/2024 and weather was atrocious - lashing rain and high winds. We cut visit short but spent £123. We returned to buy more pots and discovered there was a 4 for 3 offer and the cashier very kindly enabled us to take advantage of this - and we spent a further £63. She made every effort for us - we will be happy to shop again with the branch.

Great help from garden dept staff. Sarah in the garden section was amazing - I had been trying to source daffodils for a funeral and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She helped me find and choose the plants - all excellent quality, provided them at a really good price and gave a great idea for presenting them all to family and friends. Thank you Sarah and thank you Homebase.

Helpful staff member Ayyub spent a lot of time with us making sure we were happy with our kitchen design, trying to source parts needed for a sale kitchen.

Staff pleasant and welcoming but although original email said order would be ready by 10.00 am, it wasn't ready when I arrived at the store so had to wait for my order to be prepared

Lady on the checkout was lovely and helpful
She asked for a man to take the compost and bark to my car for me.
He was miserable, ignorant and really not interested in his job
No Customer Service.

Brandon went above and beyond to resolve an issue with a cancellation and subsequent refund. He is a credit to the store - thank you Brandon!

We placed a Click and collect order at 9.04 am. The text to say that it was ready was 9.14 am.....just 10 minutes!

What an absolute load of pants,Some items we were going to buy had a 20% reduction and others 15%.We were going to spend over £450,due those discounts.
Now,these reductions apply to everyone.I then had a seperate offer come through for me personally, to get 10% off,for first online order.Great I thought,I proceeded to check out and every discount had been wiped off and replaced with 10% off.
So why am I going to accept 10%,when they had 20% off.
It should be 30%, the 20% that everyone can have,plus the 10% off for signing up to online.
Lost a big sale.
