Overall very helpful and professional
I recently had a damp survey carried out on my property by Dan, and overall it was a very positive experience. He took the time to thoroughly assess every area of concern and clearly explained what he was looking for throughout the process.
What stood out most was his attention to detail—he even used a bore scope to inspect inside the walls, which gave me added confidence that nothing was being overlooked. Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering my questions, which made the whole process feel transparent and reassuring.
I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone needing a thorough and reliable damp survey.

Callum came and did a full house survey…
Callum came and did a full house survey for us and explained clearly for me and helped me understand what has caused the damping issues in my house which when I have har previous surveyors around then didn’t. I would recommend Callum and Home Energy Save to anyone!

damp roofing
wanted to write a review as i always look to see reviews so know what to expect . I called the company and arranged for Mark to come out came out he initially had a good look around property which as a damp smell in rooms . He gave good knowledge of the problem , so we booked a damp proof course on our property .
Had 2 guys come out who where kind and professional and moved furniture to do the walls inside , they explained everything that they where doing showing us after they had done and left it clean and tidy , outside too , i would highly recommend Home Energy Save thank you all for the service that was carried out

Dan came to my house this morning to do a survey and quote me some prices. He was incredibly respectful, polite, knowledgeable, a good listener and wasn't pushy at all. He had answers to all my questions and made the entire process pleasant and easy! The one star missing on the rating is only because I have not yet bought any services from the company. However I highly recommend him for good job well done!! Hoping the company recognises that they have a potential asset in him. I highly advocate for him!!

Friendly service, excellent Company
We had an issue that we believed could be damp. Contacted Home Energy Save GB for a survey and they swiftly arranged a visit. A surveyor, Ellick, arrived and was very friendly and carried out a thorough survey which took around 30 minutes and identified an issue. The problem was quite a small one and he advised us that his company would charge quite a lot for such a small job and that we should contact a local contractor! He was very honest and could of insisted we use their contractors. All in all it was an excellent service and deserving of 5 stars. Definitely recommnded.

Fantastic experience
Kai, Danny, and Craig from Home Energy GB did a fantastic job today. They replaced the fascias and gutters and applied ClimaPure coating, which has already made a noticeable difference in tackling moisture and mould issues.
The team was professional, efficient, and very respectful of the property. Really pleased with the results — highly recommend!

These people have saved my life
Had Joel Kyle Dylan and Craig from Home Energy Save GB quite literally saved my life today. Been utterly messed around with my insurance company who had promised to help with a claim. After a Google search, this company name came up and I called them. I wish I had found them earlier. Within minutes, my call was returned and an initial appointment made. I did not feel under any pressure to proceed and if anything, felt complete immediate relief.
The gentlemen named above came out within a few days, arrived smartly on time and powered through a really tricky job with ease, passion and professionalism at all times.
It has saved me from having another asthma attack and another bout of bronchitis.
All of them went above and beyond and it was an absolute pleasure having them carry out the work.
Wholeheartedly recommend. The whole experience has quite literally saved my life. Top marks to all.

No hard sell. Great Service
Wasn't sure what the issue was, damp or draft. Home Energy Save provided a free survey to help identify the problem. I expected an expensive job would be needed but Stephen (the surveyor) identified the issue and as well as being friendly and helpful, identified the issue and suggested how to resolve it and without using them, advising it would be relatively cheap to fix using a local handyman. I really appreciated the service provided and no hard selling. Thank you Stephen.
