Ian was greats help

I was confused about the many different sizes and specifications of door handles so I called Home Secure and they were very helpful both on the phone and then by email, giving me a much better service than just click and buy, so I was then able to select the right product. Thanks Home Secure.

Great customer service, resolved minor issue very quickly, professional

Speedy deliver. Ordered extra keys and there was an issue with not charging me enough for extra keys, yet they honoured the original price.

Very few companies do this and worth a 5 star review.

Ian is a belter. Loves the sausage as well

I was advised by somebody at eurocell to go here for a new set of handles for my front door and how glad I was as they had exactly what I needed the lads behind the counter were very knowledgeable and Ian could not of done anymore to help

Great company and literally has everything you could need. To be honest though I’d of been lost without the help of Ian, his knowledge was second to non he really helped me find everything I needed, genially a nice man too.

Excellent experience with Home Secure from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful with everything I needed for windows, doors, and locks. A special mention has to go to John, who went above and beyond to help me out. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and his customer service was outstanding. It’s rare to find someone so genuine, professional, and willing to make sure you leave with exactly what you need. Highly recommend Home Secure to anyone looking for quality products and great service.

Helped me out so much! My locking mechanism is not longer used so they helped me with a quick fix and recommended someone for when i can put it all right. Cheers guys
