Nicole was so helpful and sorted our entire 2 destination trip in a couple of calls - she found flights that worked for us flying overnight etc & the best deals. She took all the stress out of planning this sort of trip, worked around our awkward shifts running into her own out of hours time and the aftersales team are assisting with coronavirus information and extras. We're so excited for the honeymoon & feel safe knowing Honeymoon Dreams are there to assist with everything we need to know and do. Even though we changed our minds countless times and had lots of different ideas, we didn't feel rushed and she gave us lots of helpful advice. Amazing Experience
My fiancé and I had a pretty good idea of what we wanted from our Honeymoon and Nicole found exactly what we wanted and more. The accommodation she's found for both sections of our trips looks incredible and it all came in under what we were budgeting for which meant we could afford some upgrades. Our Advisor Nicole was very attentive and listened carefully to our requirements. She created a bespoke itinerary and followed our feedback to ensure the hotels she selected were of the style we preferred. She was very patient and worked late with us when we couldn't have a call with her during working hours. Would highly reccommend.

Exceptional service yet again from Pure Destinations. Nicole has found us a fab holiday to look forward to next year. Really feel that they provide such a personal service-which of course you don’t get from the big travel companies. Nothing is too much trouble, they take time to find best deal and give lots of advice. Love having them on the other end of phone and always have the same friendly person to chat over things with. We have booked 4 different family holidays through Pure Destinations.

I have been dealing with Lisa at Pure Destinations who has been an absolute pleasure throughout the last year.
From the booking experience to the concierge service - I have been so impressed by the efficiency and support offered by the team.
The package for our holiday was extremely competitive and I was shocked at the price for our multi-destination holiday coming in around £600-£700 cheaper than well known companies, but not compromising on quality.
Lisa has answered all of my (many) questions especially around the uncertainty of Covid and helped to give me peace of mind. Although we have now cancelled our holiday I will absolutely be looking to rebook later in the year and will recommend Pure Destinations to all of my friends & family!

Emily at honeymoon dreams was fantastic! My initial call was great and emily managed to send us a full itinerary within a short time frame. Everything we had imagined had been proposed to us. What an amazing team and we are so glad that we booked through HD! When we found out we couldn't travel in March, HD contacted us straight away and amended our booking immediately. We ended up changing our booking and destination 3x and managed to finally go on our honeymoon this September to Maldives. The team made sure that everything went smoothly and quickly reacted to these ever changing situations due to Covid and despite them being understaffed, they were always on top of things. Big shout out to Caralyn and Lisa who were always there for us! We feel we were very well looked after and the trip was unforgettable and exceeded our expectations!

From the minute I emailed my enquiries the experience was amazing.

Abbie emailed me in just a few hours asking my requirements, I asked her to email as I work shifts. A few hours later abbie had found 3 amazing locations for us for us to look at. We are getting married next August and honeymoon in 2022 so it was difficult to find anything that far, but nothing was too difficult to abbie.

Abbie then called me when I was available to go through any questions that I had about the location we chose and she was nothing but professional. She was so bubbly and a lovely person to speak with.

Just booked my honeymoon to Jamaica with Abbie. Absolutely great experience! Polite and friendly, gave me a great range of options none of which exceeding my budget. Gave great advice, answered all questions nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend

Would give no stars if I could. Poor customer service has just cost this company the booking

Myself and my partner are looking to book a wedding holiday and honeymoon. We have had quotes for this from Kuoni direct in January, however we didn’t think and were also told no one else in the uk did the resorts we require. We found out that this company did the exact same hotels.

I filled in an online form with what we would of liked and then the next day got a text from Abbie to say she would be in touch. After missing the call I messaged her to call me back. I then received the call and explained everything to the agent, who said she would go away and get a quote over to me today of not tomorrow. On this call I did explain to her that we had been booked up with Kuoni but they had initially booked the wrong year, 2020 instead of 2021 and as the flights are not out nothing is in place, no hotels or flights etc.

I then received an email from Abbie to say that due to having spent most of the day on this looking and the she has found out we have a booking already with Kuoni she wouldn’t be able to. I explained we didn’t have a live booking and that we had went to book but it was the wrong year.

I then got the rudest reply I could of ever imagined:
As there is an active booking in place we are not able to do anything else with your enquiry as it is a duplication of work at a time where the industry is very busy and running on minimum staff.

Now the current situation is a horrible thing, but to use this as an excuse because she couldn’t get the obvious commission from a sale is horrendous service.
There has been no duplication on any work and we simply wanted a quote to see what our options were. Due to such poor service we would never imagine using this company, and no matter what the price we will go elsewhere. Not the sort of service you would think you would get when spending so much money on such an important holiday!

I’m regards to the reply below: if you could see we had a booking why not come and ask us as we are certainly not aware instead of the reply of:
I have been looking into your trip for you for most of the day, so I am really disappointed to learn that you confirmed your holiday direct with Kuoni in January
When I only spoke to you at 1.30 and got an email at 15.40.... surely any normal agent would call and ask the background on this before being so aggressive with the customer!
There has been no crosses wires at all, on the initial call I made it clear that there had been a booking but this was cancelled....
As mentioned above due to the two emails of being disappointed and then taking up time when the industry is very busy why am I now getting emails and calls because I’ve voiced my experience?

Despite the limited resources and significant challenges presented to travel agents during the COVID-19 pandemic, I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank Caralyn for all the help with moving my Honeymoon plans. Caralyn, despite being flooded with helping other customers, went above and beyond to put plans in place to allow us to move our Honeymoon to the dates we wanted. Thank you so much for all the help and look forward to finalising our new Honeymoon!
