The container had burst in the box during shipping and had leaked blue paint all over. It had burst before arriving at local courier. The boxes used for shipping were not strong enough and there wasn't any padding. This is such a contrast to how the cotton bags were packaged because they were in individual envelopes with varying numbers in boxes or larger mailing envelopes.

Thank you for talking to me Elisabeth! Thank you for your valuable feedback, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the damaged container and the leaking paint. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially considering the care we typically take in packaging our products. I am glad we could agree a suitable resolution today.
