Recently they changed their datacnter and there is lot's of problem.
My server and even their website doesn't response even to ping since 4 hours ago.
Recently their ping time increased a lot!

If you opened a ticket regarding the problem experienced today, we have already provided information. The network device was changed due to a network device failure. Another issue is that the Datacenter change was made out of necessity. And we have already made long explanations about this issue during the change phase. It is not professional behavior to come here and give negative comments.

Hello there,
There is no such customer in our records. If no refund has been made, it is likely abused. According to the Service Agreement, the account of people who use the server maliciously will be closed and no refund will be given.
I ordered a new VPS but more than 6 hours later, the VPS still in pending status. I sent 3 messages to support team but still no answer. Worst customer support.
Edit: Staff did not request additional information after my order, he/she replied to this comment with "Additional information is required from you to verify your identity for new Customer orders." but after couple of minutes VPS is now activated even though i did not send any additional information.

Additional information is required from you to verify your identity for new Customer orders. If you do not submit the information requested from you, your order will not be confirmed. This information is given to you after the order.
Edit: Please add the domain name hostigger.com to whitelist after providing this, related to the problem caused by your email provider. And do not forget to update your negative comment. Your server service has been activated so that you won't be victimized.
Had some issues, but the support team was able to provide information to identify the cause of the issue. The cause was third party.

They scammed me. I bought and they didn't give me any details, And now after i e-mailed them, they banned my account entirely for no reason.
