First of all, I have a bunch of different hosting services and I have good experience of AWS Cloud as well, so I know what I am talking about. Here in HostingSpell, given the affordability, the hosting service is not as bad as it seems to be. If you need a simple site up and running, then this might be your best solution. yes, there are technical issues, but they are being resolved almost immediately. In my 5 years with them, I have never had any delays to resolve tech issues. I paid less, so I don't expect to get AWS style hosting, but whatever I paid, I have received more than that. If you want to host an application that need 100% uptime, zero technical issues, and don't want Database crashes, then might be this is not the right choice. So yes, you can host your generic site with HostingSpell for almost nothing, relax, and just sit back. I would definitely recommend HostingSpell Shared Hosting for Starter Sites.

Very good costumer care service and very affordable good quality hosting

For over a year, HostingSpell has been my hosting provider, and I've been consistently impressed. I've only encountered a couple of minor bugs, and their support is exceptionally quick, often replying within 15 minutes. I would wholeheartedly recommend HostingSpell to all new users and seasoned professionals alike.

I had initially rated this 1 star due to poor support — long delays in responses, server downtime, and unresolved issues. The experience was frustrating and disappointing.

To be fair, their pricing and overall service offerings are quite good, but they still need improvement when it comes to maintaining that service and delivering timely support.

I’m now updating this review to 5 stars because Dhruv Sir personally stepped in, responded to my ticket, and helped me out. This rating is a gesture of appreciation for his effort — not a full reflection of the company’s service quality.

I hope the team continues this kind of responsible and proactive support, so that their 24/7 support promise actually lives up to expectations.

very bad expiriance with this compony they did server migration without informing and thats the reasone all my sites are down from today morning.
it directly make big impact on my search engine ranking now i guess i cant take refund so will change my server once plan will get expired.

Poor customer services and would not give me a refund, even when they could not provide the service.

I’ve been with HostingSpell since 2018 and always thought they were great. But recently (around March 2025), things went really bad. Without even informing me, they changed some of my directory permissions to 000, saying I was using too much of their NVMe storage—even though I had a 30GB plan and wasn’t over the limit.

Because of that, I lost access to my backups and couldn’t even read or download them. It was really frustrating and disappointing. I had referred over 15 people to HostingSpell in the past, but now, honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Really sad to see this happen.
