Was considering buying 300 caps and asked for a sample. Got a time consuming reply instead of a straight answer so I am purchasing elsewhere

So Easy to Work With
Easy to get a quote and see how the items would look with our artwork before making an order. We made multiple changes to our artwork using the automatic online system for viewing how the item would look before deciding which looked best.
Compared to other suppliers of printed items, this was by far the easiest to deal with.
Communication for the printing and delivery was good.
I would definitely use Hotline again for custom printed items.

Fantastic support from Jake and team, and great sun ray bamboo sunglasses
Ordered some sunglasses with our company logo for an event. I made a mistake and the glasses wouldn't have arrived in time.... However the support team (especially the manager Jake) were fantastic, responded incredibly fast, and worked with production to make sure they did, with time to spare.
The sun ray bamboo sunglasses themselves were a massive hit at the event. Much better quality than I expected and they'll get genuine use!

Prompt and efficient. Very easy to order
Very fast turnaround on visuals, it was really helpful to be able to see what we were ordering, especially as the order was being paid for by charity funds. One visual needed to be amended, but Chris from the studio team dealt with this promptly. It was really important for the charity team to clearly see what they were paying for, so the visuals really helped.
Jake from online support team made the payment and change of delivery address really easy for us.
The pricing was clear and competitive. One product was out of stock, but I was told about this immediately and given a new delivery estimate on that product, so that was fine.
All round excellent service.

The repeat order was straight forward…
The repeat order was straight forward and simple. fast delivery, however the quality was not as good as the last order and the print on the text was blurred. I raised this issue and they took immediate corrective action and resolved it straight away. Good service.
