Hi Meryam,

So sorry to hear about your experience, we use a 3PL warehouse for all of our UK orders, they are extremely thorough and scan each individual item going out and coming back in. I did actually chase them up about the 1 item missing from the return and it was confirmed that it was not enclosed in the satchel.

I understand that this can be upsetting but for us as a small NZ business we are not able to refund items that were not returned to us.

In terms of the processing time, your refund was processed 4 days after being delivered to our consolidation point, our website asks to allow up to 14 business days so this was exceptionally quick. We also offer QR codes upon request as per our returns page, as we understand not everyone has access to a printer.

We completely understand how disappointing it feels when a return takes longer than expected, especially when you’ve already sent your item back and are waiting for your refund. That’s not the experience we want for our customers.

To provide some context (not as an excuse): we’re a New Zealand–based brand serving customers globally, and while we work hard to keep our returns process as fair and transparent as possible, international returns do involve additional handling and processing. The £4.99 fee helps cover part of the return processing and administration costs, and printed labels are required by our returns partner to ensure parcels are correctly tracked and received — never to discourage returns.

Refunds are processed once returns are received and checked, and while this can take up to 14 working days during peak periods, we appreciate that waiting is frustrating. Your feedback highlights where we need to improve communication and turnaround times, and we take that seriously.

We’re genuinely glad to hear that one of the bras worked well for you, and we’re sorry the other didn’t — fit can vary by style, even in the same size, and we know that’s not ideal.

If you haven’t already, we’d really like to look into your return specifically and ensure everything is progressing as it should. Please feel free to reach out to our customer care team directly with your order number so we can assist further.

We completely understand how concerning it is to see a return marked as delivered and still be waiting on your refund. While refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed once received, we appreciate that being asked to wait longer is disappointing, and we’re sorry this hasn’t been resolved as quickly as it should have been.

We’re also sorry to hear the return and replacement process didn’t work as intended for you. The option to waive the return shipping fee when purchasing a replacement is something we aim to make as seamless as possible, and we regret that this wasn’t your experience.
