Really honest, helpful and went up and beyond what I expected

I ordered a massage gun. Poor quality, I don’t recomand. The charger fly away from your hands it’s so incredible light, the gun gets a weird noise when you use it, like it will start to crack. Thanks but no. I wait for my refund.

I’ve tried to order items from here on two separate occasions with guaranteed next day delivery and both times I got an email a day or two after saying the item was not in stock and it would be 2-3 weeks until they restocked. First time I cancelled my order and got a refund. Second time I waited and after over 3 weeks I emailed asking when I would receive my delivery and they said it was delayed for a further week and a half. It has now been nearly 4 weeks since they took my money and I’m not close to getting my order. Seems like a scam.

I purchased a Vortext air and I was so impressed with its look and performance, arrived next day and ordered 2 more and gifts. Highly recommend!

Ordered an item advertised as "in stock" which it turns out wasn't. Funny how that same item is still listed as "in stock" right now (in stock in which country exactly?)
I requested a full refund which I have received email notification of but await the funds in my account.

Other similar reviews seem to show a pattern here.
Poorly organised it seems.

I had never heard of this company before but their website showed they had the item I wanted in stock and available for next day delivery. So I made my purchase, the next morning they sent me an email stating that there was an error on their website and the item wasn’t in stock but they should have it within a week. I replied back immediately and told them to cancel my order and refund me.

5 hours later…. The item is still on their website showing as in stock and available for next day delivery. The truth is this company are selling items they don’t have in stock…. They are totally unethical, scammers. Some of the other reviews on here are also saying the same thing.

Take my advice don’t order anything from these people.

ALSO… most of the 5 star ratings on here have only ever written 1 review previously. That appears strange to me and suggest they are probably fake reviews.

Ordered the vortex air tower fan on the 9th of February for next day delivery. It is now the 27th of February and I still haven’t had an update. I emailed customer service to be told that they weren’t in stock and I would have to wait a further 2-3 weeks before they arrive in the warehouse. I Don’t see why they are letting people buy products off them that are not in stock.

Received incorrect Fan, customer services were excellent. Collected the fan and sent replacement next day. Fan is excellent value for money would highly recommend.

Ordered electric scooter for a Xmas present all delivered fine then with literally 3 days before Xmas get a email saying chargers are faulty do not use until new one was sent waited and waited since December iv sent 3 emails iv had replies back saying new chargers coming in week etc that was DECEMBER so I’m still sitting with a expensive present that I literally had to put whatever I could in a pot all year so I could get one so let down

terrible said was going to be next day i called to chase the order told me they had it in another colour , never arrived so called again turns out the don't even have it , got rude text messages and still waiting for my money !!! avoid !!!!!!!!!!

Good customer service - really understanding and helped post purchase. Product came clean and new.

I bought the luxury magnetic car charger a while ago and the product has been faultless. The customer service team has always been great answering my questions even over a year since i purchased the product they are still helping me with any queries i have.

The fan is amazing and more than half the price of dyson. Great product

Had a problem with the fan heater.
Contacted customer service and response was excellent.
Problem resolved quickly and I am very satisfied with this product, quite and efficient.
I have no hesitation in recommending this product and company.

Had a small problem with one of the items I ordered but they quickly responded to my emails and replaced the whole item. Great customer service would recommend.

I bought an oscillating fan that also heated. Delivery & communication with HotSnap was fantastic. Unfortunately the product had a fault. I spoke with Takue A who was very helpful & without any hesitation renewed this product. It was a pleasure dealing with a very good company with great customer service. Would highly recommend.
