Bought vortex air pro from Hotsnap a few months ago and very disappointed as it just does NOT cool nearly as good as my circular bladed fan. You're paying a lot of money for a fashion accessory. The promotional pictures show a woman in front of the fan with her hair being blown back. Thats got to be fictional!! Get yourself a standard cooling fan instead.
Have written three 1* reviews on Vortex website and have yet to find any of them published.

Bought a Hotsnap Vortex Air Pro Bladless Tower fan (Heater & Cooler). It's been returned.
It's a heater. It doesn't cool anything. Even on the highest setting, you have to put your face in it to feel the slight movement of air.
To make matters worse, the customer service team's excuse is that it isn't sold as a cooling fan which it very clearly is.
And then to rub salt into the wound, I had to pay for the postage.
Save your pennies and buy a Dyson.

Came across these fan units on Facebook, always a bit dubious about buying from these sites, anyway went ahead and bought a vortex air pro was so impressed also bought a vortex tornado 3 in 1, then my partner also bought a vortex pro so have quite a collection now, very impressed as good as the leading brands at an affordable price.

Following contact from Hot snap I was sent out two new units free of charge. SO ALL WORKING GREAT NOW. Thank you so much.

Brilliant fan and recommend it to anyone as there are no blades to clean and customer care from Mandy way brilliant, great experience and thanks Vortex.

I love my tide paddle board had it a year now had a problem at the beginning but they sorted it straight away my board is amazing will definitely get another board from them

I bought a fan that was supposed to be ‘whisper quiet’ but it was, in fact, quite noisy. For the short period I had it running it seemed extremely ineffective too. I requested a return and had to jump through various hoops as the instructions threatened that you would not get refunded unless you followed them exactly. I eventually received my refund but I’m out of pocket for both the cost of returning the fan and the original postage costs. Consider this before thinking of buying from them.

Hot snap failed to provide sufficient details to the courier to allow for tracking updates to be sent meaning that I missed the 2 attempts to deliver with knowing that they were happening.
I contacted them to request the product be resent and I heard nothing back. Called after 3 weeks and was told there was nothing they could do as a refund had been sent. I had no correspondence of this happening, not even an email to confirm they had received the item back.

All was good until I wanted my money back, it said desk fan but was bigger than my desk so without using it I requested a return, they accepted my request and I returned immediately and they received it the next day, that was a week ago and I've called twice and been told it would be refunded immediately on both days, such a shame as the initial service was good and the staff very pleasant but it seems refunds can only be done by directors and they just are not processing it.

Recently purchased a paddle board from HOTSNAP.
One of the items had a manufacturing error.
Such an efficient service as they replaced the item for me in 24 hours.

Think their website is on some level fake, those reviews are not real or at least they select what reviews go through. I posted a 1 star review on their site a couple weeks ago and it never appeared. Plus the only one star reviews on there about about wait time, which in fairness my fam arrived late but not say about how awful the product is.

They make the returns process really complicated too so you can’t even send it back without more hassle, they want it sent back untracked.

The fan is not a good fan and does no cool you down, it is also really noises, noisy as in worrying not noisy as in a bit annoying. Extremely over priced, if I paid £20, not £160 I’d be satisfied with it. You’re better of buying from a more secure and trustworthy site, but also better off not getting this fan.

Mine arrived today I am pleased.
It is quiet on slow speed so I can cope in the bedroom at night it gets a little louder as the speed increases but in the day this would not be an issue, it is very cooling so at night setting 1 ⁰would be sufficient.
Not used the heat but I bought it for the fan cooling and for the price I like it very much and not sorry I choose this over the big brand name it looks like. I an sure I would buy from hotsnap again.

Ordered a fan… been waiting 3 weeks I asked on live chat that i selected DPD delivery and I would like a further update and Mandy said it won’t be sent out till Friday. Saturday comes and I ask again and then she changed her story saying it’s Monday. I should’ve ordered from elsewhere to be honest

Ordered a paddle board from this company and it came with a slight defect and a broken pump. Have since received a replacement. The boards look fantastic - haven't used yet, but just wanted to say that I found customer service really helpful. They do take their time with replying at times, which became a little frustrating, but within about a week I had the faulty board returned and a new one sent out, so overall a great service.

Could not be more helpful. Great that you can actually speak with nice human people at the end of the phone too and not automated systems. Cannot fault them.

Very strange company been trying to call for 2 days and they have just emailed to say my order is getting refunded with no reason why. And no one ever replies

Too loud & noisy when on full cold mode, expected it to be lot quiter, no better than a cheap argos fan tbh, yes it looks aleek but i bought it at this price to be lot more better than average fan seeing as its bladeless!

I had some issues with DPD and watched the driver not attempt delivery. I contacted customer services and spoke to Mandy via email who responded within minutes and was really understanding. Excellent and reassuring customer services if their is an issue.

HotSnap have a lovely range of products and our hot/cold fan works wonderfully. We had a slight issue and they resolved it straight away. We would use them again.
