Wanted to try something new, took the plunge and purchased 3 Tidal Rave paddle board set ups... WOW! board choices are fab, bright colours and cool designs, the kids loved picking theirs! The bundle comes with EVERYTHING you need to get started,(except PPE obviously) the instructions are super easy to follow and there are loads of accessories which is a bonus! Customer service is brilliant, was kept in the loop with dispatch and delivery, they are really helpful.
Overall fab products, definitely not disappointed. I'll be ordering another board in the new year! If paddle boarding is something your wanting to try I'd highly recommend buying from here!

Excellent product, excellent service from Mark and the hotsnap team! A problem which was down to user error in the end! (My Nan) Nothing that a phone call couldn’t fix. Thanks Hotsnap.

I have just received my vortex heater and cooling bladeless fan in white and gold,I'm so happy with it and it's so good and heat's the room up so quickly and efficiently.IT does what it says on the box 100%

Ordered a Vortex bladeless fan and it’s great. Takes the chill off the conservatory and warms it up nicely. Great colour choice (we have the white and gold) received the fan within a week. Happy to recommend this company and would definitely use again.

I ordered The rave paddle board Oceana such a cool board my daughter loves it came in good time had a couple issue with the board itself after a couple of sessions out on the water the team at hot snap were more than happy to help resolve the situations highly recommend thank you 😀

Just received my fan after a long wait. Have tried it and it seems to work well.
Customer service was excellent, replied straight away when I was worried about the length of waiting time.

Received my fan after a long wait, down to the shipping issues. It looks brilliant and works a treat. Bargain at a fraction of the price for the Market Lead similar product.

4th order with Hotsnap. I have been given a loyal customer discount code which means every time I order with them I get a little more off my next order which I think is brilliant. Always been helpful on the phone if I have needed any advice on how to set up the product also.

I had to wait a little while for my fan to arrive as there have been strikes at Felixstowe shipping port. I was a little concerned about the wait so I contacted Hotsnap to ask about a delivery date. The kind young man informed me they would keep me updated. They then sent me another email the next day informing me that it would arrive next week. My fan arrived and it is really good. Love the colour of it and the remote control is excellent as I have a bad hip. Very happy with my purchase

Purchased a Vortex as the reviews were all great on Facebook. Wasn’t disappointed. Very well made and does the job great. I was also awarded a discount on my second purchase that I will be using when I buy another vortex for my sisters birthday

I ordered a Vortex Air fan. There was a slight delay on the delivery which was stated when purchasing. The company kept me updated and informed of when it would be arriving. The fan arrived this week and has been a god send. It keeps my living room nice and cold and the pups lay by it to cool down as the weather has been so humid. Great piece of kit. Have just ordered another 1 for my bedroom.

I ordered 2 Rave paddle boards from Hotsnap. They arrived promptly next day which was great. I was surprised at how beautiful both boards where when fully inflated. They both came with a whole load of accessors but one of the boards had a pump missing. I contacted customer service and they were great and resolved this situation right away by sending me out another pump with next day delivery and also offered me a small discount as a good will gesture. The pump arrived next day as expected. We have used both boards over the past month and they are absolutely awesome. Very well made and with great performance. I highly recommend Tidal Rave and also Hotsnap who have been great.

I think this company is scamming and I tried contacting someone - no reply. I ordered last month and got no update since - nothing! Useless and rubbish and I have put a dispute with PayPal to get my money back

I have found this Bladeless fan fantastic, I live in a top floor apartment which gets ultra warm overnight, this piece of work of art has been a godsend, its like a cool breeze blowing, found it not to be too noisy doesn't keep you awake,I love it that much I have ordered another one.The only small thing I don’t rate about it is the remote control, the buttons are a bit small, also no instructions on how to change the batteries in it. Overall, its not expensive and does the job well and it looks beautiful got mine in white and gold colour.

Absolutely awful company and avoid, I so wish I had been warned about this scam of a company. Just visit their comments on Facebook and they are all positive, why because they block everyone else. Bought a fan and the output is a joke but try to get in contact with the customer service and goes to show what this so called company is about. You will deal with Tag who repeats the same sentence in an email all the time. Shocking and should not be allowed to trade. Luckily I’ve got all documented evidence and will take it further to stop company’s like this ripping indecent people off.

Three reasons why I'm giving it 5 stars is because of the price, it’s more than half the price of a Dyson fan, I haven’t seen any other brand offer a fan is such a vast range of cool colours to suit any interior I have and since the fan was actually out of stock for a few weeks I emailed them to ask if they could get me one sooner. They managed to offer me personal treatment, received my double order within 2 days!

It assembled equally fast without recourse to instructions (the instructions are very clear if they are needed).

It is extremely quiet on low settings and I have tested the heating function which works very well at heating our living room very quickly so I look forward to using it soon as we approach winter.

Also I don't need to tell you: it looks very cool!

Recently purchased the Vortex Air fan and I am obsessed! I’ve bought many fans from other companies but this one is by far the best, I couldn’t recommend Hotsnap enough. Brilliant customer service and quick shipping.

I have never used hotsnap before but the experience has been nothing but positive. I ordered a percussion massage gun which was delivered on time. On removing the battery to charge the product for the first time the retaining clip broke on the battery. The item however worked great and the battery stayed in place without the retaining clip. I messaged hotsnap just to inform them so if the battery in the future started to come loose when using the massage gun they were aware. Hotsnap replied very quickly and have sent me a new battery. I wasn't after anything free as the item is still in working order but they still went above and beyond and sent a new battery out to prevent any issues in the future. I can't praise them enough. Really good company with great customer service knowing that they will communicate and resolve any issues you may have with a purchase. I will be using them again.
