Our company always responds to any question in period of 1 working day. Our own made wood fired heaters (also commonly referred to as ovens) are made of high-quality stainless steel (type of quality: 304) that is resistant to a solid or soft water, as well to chlorine. We can produce any size of a hot tub in period of one working day or a week. Our factory keeps constantly approximately 10 models of already finished hot tubs in our factory, therefore we are able to delivere the goods to our custumers faster than others. All our products according to EU requirements have 2 year warranty. But in most cases we provide waranty for the whole period of use. We manufacture Plastic hot tubs; Wooden hot tubs; Fiberglass hot tubs; Ofuro baths; Saunas; BBQ - Grills; Stoves.

Non oso nemmeno immaginare quanto possa costare la spedizione per restituire un prodotto del genere. Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto. Se proprio volete rischiare passate tramite PayPal.

poor communication from the company
poor communication from the company, worst thing was discovering they had taken payment in GBP instead of Euro. I placed my order on 09/04/2025 and received a refund 12/07/25. I feel I had a very poor experience with this company, thankfully I paid using paypal and they managed to get me a full refund.

Nous avons reçu le bain nordique, qui est de très bonne qualité. Cependant, il a été légèrement endommagé pendant le transport (fenêtre cassée) et le filtre à sable que nous avions commandé et payé n'a jamais été livré. Malgré plusieurs emails et tentatives de contact téléphonique avec l'entreprise, nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse. Futurs clients, méfiez-vous !

Finger weg von dieser Firma,im September Bestellt und Bezahlt noch immer keine Lieferung noch Informationen,Anzeige wegen Betrug ist Gemacht,zwischenzeitlich gab es wieder Kontakt aufgrund dessen ich die Bewerungen zurückzog was ein Fehler war da wieder kein Kontakt möglich ist.

Es war anfangs ein schwieriger Weg, aber nun scheint es ein neues Mangagement zu geben und die Kommunikation war danach tadellos. Sämtliche Zusgagen wurden eingehalten und mein Artikel ist angekommen.

La bordure en bois a eu des nœuds qui se sont enlevés au bout de 15 jours: du coup jai des trous dans la bordure. J'ai été prévenu de la livraison quasiment la veille. Il manque toujours à ce jour la pompe de filtration et le couvercle isolé. Cela fait 4 mois que j'attends. J'envoie un mail par semaine et la seule réponse que j'ai, est : ça va arriver. La première livraison a eu lieu le 9 décembre 2022 nous sommes le 13 avril 2023 et j'attends toujours le reste de la livraison.
