Hot Tub Village レビュー

in just a word excellent service nacy is very helpful and friendly great place to go

My husband and I purchased a Jacuzzi Hot Tub from Tony and the team at the Hot Tub Village in the summer. Tony is very knowledgeable about the Jacuzzi product which helped us choose the right hot tub for our family and outside environment. The installation team were friendly and tidy. There is a lot of post-purchase support and chemical training, which is conducted at your home, once the Jacuzzi has been installed. The welcome pack was a really super touch, which included goodies for our family to enjoy our new hot tub! Since our purchase, we have contacted the Hot Tub Village to ask questions, there is always someone to help and give the best advice. We are really pleased with everything, thanks to a great team!

Great customer service, very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Would recommend Hot tub Village for anyone looking for a hot tub.

Fabulous service, prompt and attentive - hoping our jacuzzi is an enjoyable as the service! Thank you Tony!

The purchase delivery and installation all went smoothly. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

From start to finish it has been a real pleasure to deal with Tony and Helen.
Knowledgeable, sharp pricing, easy going, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that our installation and initial setup went well.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Hot Tub Village.

What can we say but a very good experience, the moment we went in Kris was helpful, answered all questions, even practical ones that I thought would prevent us having a jacuzzi. All options were explored, no pressure put on us. Site survey happened quickly, we were put in touch with *ee for base and electric, nothing was a problem for him. Day of installation went with out any hitches, full explanation given on how it worked and using chemicals. After sales / follow up is excellent. Seamless experience. So a very good company, a wise choice on our part. We would thoroughly recommend them

Tony and all of his team at Hot Tub Village are so genuine and lovely people. I was looked after so well from the day I first walked into the showroom to the day of installation of my hot tub.
Every single person I have dealt with have all been so helpful, genuine, kind and just lovely people to deal with.
Quite often being a woman
on my own dealing with a male based company, I feel very uncomfortable but I didn’t feel this way at all with any of their employees. Also I didn’t feel under any obligation to buy from them at all, even when they closed the showroom so I could try out one of the hot tubs as I didn’t want to go in it in front of anyone else that could potentially walk in.
I honestly can't recommend the Hot Tub Village company highly enough and I can’t speak highly enough of them either and believe me, I'm a very fussy person.
I was so well looked after and their after sales service I’m finding is just as good too.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
If you are in any doubt about what company to use for a hot tub or swim spa, you definitely won’t be disappointed if you use these people.

Fantastic service from very friendly staff. Kriss kept me updated on the progress of the delivery timeframe and the engineers seting up the tub were very proffesional.
Tony called me to talk me through the chemical setup and usage.
Overall a very good experience would highly recommend anyone to use this compnay.

Wonderful family owned and run company. Knowledgeable, friendly and with excellent after sales care. Store dog friendly too. A big plus. Thank you so much Tony, Helen and family!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a hot tub from Hot Tub Village, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of flawless.

From the initial interaction, Tony and Helen were extremely approachable and knowledgeable, guiding me through every step of the process. The installation was smooth, thanks to their recommendation of a qualified electrician and a seamless site survey and installation. But what truly set Hot Tub Village apart was their after-sales service.

Getting the hot tub ready for use with chemicals can be a daunting task for a newcomer, but their system made it simple and straightforward. Tony and Helen continued to be helpful, reflecting a commitment to customer satisfaction that goes above and beyond what's commonly found in today's market.

Hot Tub Village is not just a local business selling hot tubs; they are a dedicated team offering a remarkable buying experience. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding after-sales support make them a highly recommended choice for anyone looking to buy a hot tub.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Tony, Helen, and the entire team at Hot Tub Village.

Tony is very approachable and knowledgeable about all aspects of hot tubs and water care. Their after sales support is second to none with nothing being too much trouble. They really do go above and beyond which is quite rare these days!

Excellent service from everyone, kept informed all through the entire process, would highly recommend the Hottub Village
