Shameful service. Faulty Stitching, coming undone on a rug after 10 days. They will not exchange stating my horse done it!! There is no rubbing or ripping just the stitching coming unpicked...my horse has hooves not hands!! Quite happy to take your money but not sort out a simple issue. Basic daylight robbery.

Fantastic customer service. Contacted the company Friday after I’d ordered online and had a question about delivery. They promptly refunded my delivery charge and upgraded me to next day delivery free of charge. Ariat Boots arrived in less than 24 hours. Thank you!

Recently purchased a bridle from this site and was definitely impressed. Order process was straightforward, easy and delivery was quick especially considering the current climate with COVID-19. Was surprised and delighted to find an added gift of a bag of treats in the box too. My horses will definitely appreciate these. Great service, will be shopping with them again!

I recently purchased a numnah and fly mask for my horse. After ordering I was informed the colour of fly mask I wanted was out of stock so I agreed to a different colour. When the items arrived I changed my mind about the colour and sent them back for exchange (I had subsequently purchased a Khaki Fly mask and then wanted the numnah to match). The package was received back however they could not find the fly mask I sent back. They have checked their stock and said they never received it. Considering I was able to order a fly mask in the first instance that they didn't have in stock and hence sent me another colour I am not suprised there stock levels are contrary to the actual truth of the mater. Customer service at its worst!
