Martin supported me as I was in a very challenging situation trying to sell my late grandfathers property which had tenants in who didn't want to leave. He was very patient and supportive through the process and checked in on the progress regularly, and it was a really positive experience to deal with him.

Martin was very good even though it was a low offer.
And we didn't reach a deal.

The response is very fast even though I disagree with the price and no sale in the end but it's recommended for anyone who needs money soon.

Had a pleasant conversation with Martin, who will be viewing our property. We understand the 20% arrangement, it feels worth it after wasting so much time with unreliable buyers for 10 months now.

With Martin’s guidance we ended up not using the house buying experts and instead auctioned our flat based on Martin’s recommendation. He took the time to talk through all our options with us and felt that auctioning was the best way forward. We really appreciated his guidance and support throughout the process.
