I would highly recommend this company. We ordered a new house name plate recently which arrived promptly and is of high quality.

I intially ordered an incorrect key and when it was advised the required key was not available a full refund was immediately offered and provided. Excellect customer service

Super-quick service and absolutely delighted with our new home name plate. We went for the grey slate with white writing, on 3 lines, and it looks fabulous. Easy to fit, managed to do it myself (and I'm a renowned DIY failure! ) comes with all the bits. Looks a lot more expensive than it actually was! Definitely would recommend!

Small problem regarding missing keys , good communication ,matter has been resolved..

Slate 30 x 20 house sign - a little disappointed as the engraving is very shallow (only a couple of mm). I ordered one from another company that was slightly smaller but considerably cheaper and the engraving on that was really deep and have to say it looks a lot better overall.

We are absolutely delighted with the three house name plates that we recently ordered from the House NAME PLATE Company. The website choices were really easy to navigate and ordering was very straightforward, in addition to the excellent value for money, without any quality being compromised. The speed between ordering and delivery was fast and efficient, with great care being taken to ensure the slate signs arrived intact

After reading through previous customer reviews, all of whom were delighted with their purchase I decided to place an order.
I couldn't be more pleased!
I went for something simple and classy choosing grey slate with white lettering.
It is everything I hoped it would be, solid, clear letters, good fixings, arrived quickly and superbly packaged.
I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

I had a personalised nameplate made for me by this company in slate, in the style of the “Old Rectory” nameplate shown in their website. It was beautifully and very well made. I’m delighted with it.

Excellent service, my order came very quickly, impressive as this is a bespoke service. The packaging for my two circular slate name plaques was exceptional, so they arrived in great condition. When I opened them, they were even better than I had envisioned, beautiful. I am thrilled with them and can’t wait to see them hanging on the wall.
