I've ordered twice now and neither time have they informed me that my order shipped, so I couldn't track them. They were both pre orders, so I wasnt sure when they would ship.
I had to ask after one of my orders as a whole month passed after the scheduled release date to find it had been shipped weeks ago but never arrived. And then I had to email and message multiple times to get the tracking number for the replacement.
Very poor customer service and not giving tracking numbers for parcels seems insane to me

Its so amazing to have a local Kpop shop, and you can purchase online too the shipping costs aren't unreasonable. Its not easy to purchase Kpop items in the UK, so 감사합니다
Item arrived quickly & is just as described.

Always super happy with purchases from either online or in shop.Online orders are always quick to be dispatched and packed with care.

I originally left a positive review, but that completely changed on Christmas Day. My daughter opened both of her gifts only to find that the photo cards had been removed. At no point did the listing say the photo cards were taken out, and nothing stated that the boxes had been opened beforehand.

When I contacted the company, their response was that the description “didn’t say it included them”. That’s a complete cop‑out. Every other retailer clearly states when photo cards are not included, and in the past when I’ve ordered different versions of the same item, the photo cards were always there.

This feels misleading and an easy way to get sales by showing a product that isn’t what you actually receive. Really disappointing experience and not something I’d expect from a company I previously trusted.

Favroute kpop store I've been with them since they were a little shop called ppl everyone is so nice and they make sure there packages are always packed safely! I've never has a bad experience

Great shop, lots of choices, and even stop Hello82 Pop-up exclusives! Not had an issue. Pack really well and send pretty quickly :)

Ordered just under a week before the concert. Would have arrived in time but the sender didn't pay the full postage fee. I had to spend extra money just to receive my package.

Went to the shop amazing experience the lady was so kind let me pick the music and gave me a free pc. I purchased an album but got it posted back home came amazingly packaged and arrived fast.

Daughter very happy with our purchase (her present), exactly what she hoped for and no problems at all. Price reasonable too!

I ordered two NCT lightsticks about a week before SMTown in London they came very fast and were in perfect condition. I was kind of scared they wouldn’t come before the concert so I emailed customer support who were very very helpful and got back to me very quickly. They kept in touch with me so I knew what was going on with my order at all times which left me feeling assured. I would definitely order from here again!

waited nearly 3 weeks for my item to be shipped, had to email them asking when it would be shipped for them to even do it, with no response apologising for any delays either.

I sent a message on their website after working hours with a question about an item, and still got an immediate response. my purchase was made that evening and shipped out the very next morning. Packed professionally, and came with a sweet little note from one of the employees. Great experience, will definitely be shopping here again!!

I ordered Enhypen lightstick, it arrived within a couple of weeks, the staff were very friendly and replied to my messages quickly, I will definitely use this store again!

its the best place to go for your kpop stuff the staff are amazing friendly and so helpful

delivery was on time and the small card inside really made me smile with the song suggestions and who it was packaged by - thanks to Kate, I'll be sure to give those songs a listen too.
