I have placed 2 orders with them they have taken my money hundreds of dollars and I have not received any products.
I tried calling and emailing and no reply.

Placed an order 3May .Have not received any products.Order number 21108.Cannot get through to them.

Placed an order 4th of April for my wife’s birthday 21th April paid money has been taken from my account but still haven’t received my order? Emailed 4 times called number that does get answered DONT DO IT STAY CLEAR!!!!

I placed a order a month ago and I still haven't received it and I have tried emailing them and they just ignore it. I have been a customer for quite a while now and I have noticed that their delivery has been getting worse, so I will not be ordering from them anymore 😡

I liked the products I purchased, as I always do. I was disappointed with the slow postage service and the lack of response when I sent a few emails to ask when my order was being shipped as I hadn’t received any updates at all about my order. I really needed the products for my trip away as I knew I would run out in the middle of my holiday, that is why I ordered 3 weeks before going away.

I still have not received my order and I ordered it about three weeks ago. Normally comes so much quicker but not this time. Took over two weeks before it was even sent out.
I love the products but the wait for it to arrive has been ridiculous.

Great sales at times. Fantastic products that my skin loves. Easy to use and takes up next to no space when you international travel.

I love this company’s products, but I don’t like waiting for them to arrive. I try to buy in advance because delivery always takes 2 weeks to get to Sydney. Other than that I am a repeat buyer who has been purchasing since there were only 2 products on the shelves.
